Quality Inn Ironwood

Breakfast was good. All items were kept well stocked. Should have a tip jar for the person who was doing such a great job keeping everything fresh and clean. Julia at the front desk was just great. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Place is very well kept. Well definitely be staying again when back in the area.

hotel is a bit dated cosmetically, certainly not a reason to not stay at the hotel. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

Breakfast was great. The lady who did the cooking/cleanup was very fast and responsive. Things were refilled as needed. I liked that you could bring the food to your room as my husband is a late sleeper so I did not have to rush to get him up. The cleaning staff were also very responsive and not intrusive. They always provided us with what we asked for and seemed good at anticipating possible needs. The front desk staff were helpful and always asked if we needed something. I liked that there was coffee available all the time.

It was located near places we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly.

Our room was located on the first floor next to an entrance so when people would enter building it was a bit noisy and the walls vibrated whe the doors closed. Not good for a sound sleep. The pool area was too small. It was hard to enjoy ourselves.

Location of the hotel was good. Would have appreciated an elevator since we were on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was good and well looked after.

Breakfast was good and well served. My wife and I had option to hot breakfast. The people who are service the breakfast was nice. We have many options at the breakfast.

The service was great. even though they put a note in the room in case we need our room to be cleaned, some came came knocked at the door and asked if we need our room to be cleaned. It was nice of them. We appreciated that.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice size room with comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with nice volume in shower and good towels. Availability of breakfast in hotel. There was a nice variety of prepackaged and fresh items. Very quiet. Did not hear other guests. Good location for accessing the town.

Some of the prepackaged breakfast items could be fresher. The oranges looked a bit past their prime.

Bed was the best, so comfy and clean feeling. Staff was exceptional, very friendly. And the breakfast was a real bonus, mostly because of the really nice chef! Little touches like cookies in the lobby we’re great.

I think the toilet tissue and Kleenex could be better quality. The only other thing was it would have been nice to have some kind of outside seating for that late afternoon cocktail.

The early check in was easy, the staff going out of their way to be helpful. They also helped us with directions to several waterfalls close by and found a map! Breakfast was hot and staffed well, so nothing ran out.
