The pillows. As a side sleeper, I need a firm pillow. Both the feather pillow and the fiber pillow are too soft and just squish out of the way instead of supporting my neck. I usually bring a cervical support pillow along, but we did not have room this time.

The front desk clerk was really unfriendly. Apparently we took her away from a card game that she was playing with friends, when we arrived. I had to wait at the desk for a while before she approached. I walked right by her in the lobby (didn’t realize she worked for Hampton). Did not receive any greeting. Our key didn’t work and I had to go all the way back down (she put us on 3rd floor) to get a replacement. Not the greatest check in experience. Check out was very nice, different clerk. Made all the difference.
