It was clean and quiet.

No good chairs for setting..

For a non-smoking facility, the whole second floor smelled of marijuana. When I entered my room and use the bathroom, the toilet was not completely secured to the floor. The microwave had no knobs leaving me not able to use it. The bed had springs that were poking me while I slept. I will not stay in this facility again.

Pillows, mattress, location was handy.

Asked for a new clean room with shower curtain. New room was good. Slept well. Got locked in bathroom. Reported it to staff.

The fact I didn't have to travel far to eat.

No conferable chair's to set in.

Very musty smoky rooms not suitable for people with asthma! Clerk was sleep in back office and another guest witnessed her sleep . I said hello twice she didn't wake up so I yelled HELLO and I scared her because she was napping . She told me no yelling. - now how was I suppose to wake her at 1145pm? Kept lying saying she wasn't sleep and another guest just said look she's sleep in the chair back there mouth wide open and head tilted back....smh

it had a jacuzzi

we stayed on the 2nd floor hallway smelled of dog urine which was very strong and off putting once in the room everything looked ok until you turned the lights on the sofa and love seat were old and stained the bathroom tub had patches missing needs to be reglazed and the toilet paper holder that was suppose to be in the wall was falling out

The room was large, the whirlpool was spacious!!

The door did not close properly, you had to lift the door up for it to close all the way. The toilet seat was broken. The ice maker didn't work.

The room was huge and the jetted tub was nice. The staff was pleasant.

We had to wait for 40 min to get checked in because apparently, they signed someone else in with MY paperwork (thus giving them the room meant for me as well) and we had to wait for the front desk to find a room for us. It was pretty clear to us that this room was not being used for renting. We reserved a deluxe king suite and there was nothing sweet about it. The toilet paper dispenser was hanging off of the wall, there was no phone nor alarm clock in the room and none was provided for our stay. There was a buffet table stored behind the couch and chair set and the chair had no stool (but there should have been, as advertised on the website). Although the breakfast is advertised on the website and in the hotel, prominently displayed...no breakfast is available. There are no ice machines that are accessible to the public and the ice was in short supply. Premium channels are advertised at the front desk, but only basic Roku “antenna” channels are available. I only came to this hotel as a small get away with my husband. I wanted to feel refreshed when I left...that didn’t exactly happen. And although both shifts were aware of all that happened (with the exception of finding a nail....either finger or toe in the bed and neither of us even brought clippers with us😱🤢), we were not offered ANYTHING to compensate for ALL the inconveniences. Not a discount on that nights stay, nor a discount on a future nights stay🤦🏾‍♀️. I drove an extra 20 min to come to a hotel that I thought was going to be a relaxing experience...I could have saved my gas and gone to Allen Park Motor Lodge in Southgate because they’re clean and consistent. This stay was a disappointment!

It was severely crack head infested. It was hard to get any sleep because people kept trying to open our door all night. They guy told us there would be breakfast the next morning and there was nothing. Will not be staying there again.
