Quality Inn - Dundee

We had been without power for 5 days, and the other hotel we were staying in, triple charged us daily for a room. We had been going day by day if we needed a room, and I found Quality Inn had rooms available and we checked in. They were so nice, accommodating and helpful. And the price was much cheaper. I was so grateful.

The beds could be a little softer. Otherwise it was nice.

Convenient location for travel to my destination and activities. Remained a good value for my needs. Stayed at this location once before, about two or three years ago.

Coffee available in the morning, but the regular breakfast still not available because of Covid restrictions?? No Starbucks in the vicinity, but there is now a Tim Horton's across the street.

It was somewhat convenient for work it's right across Road from one of my favorite places in the world which is Cabela's outdoor store right down the road from the rising River with a beautiful somewhat waterfall with a wheel water wheel

Only thing I didn't like which is not their fault it's because of the covid-19 is the breakfast is not as what it used to be but it still something to eat and what they do have you're still pretty good

We arrived late without any reservations. The gal at the front was able to put us in rooms side by side. We really appreciated that. Also, it was affordable.

Needed more tables and chairs in the dining area. Part of my group stood, and other travelers came and left.

The exterior doors were never locked. Didn’t feel very safe. The desk clerk was overly busy. She could have used some assistance. The carpets had lots of stains even though someone was trying to clean them.

Other than the above mentioned problems, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great

The door outside the building the card reader slot did not work for myself or numerous other guest , so we took turns holding the door for one another . House keeping was spotty in my room , I have pictures of some pretty thick dust from under the beds and behind the nightstand

The room was really nice, the pool looks nice but unfortunately I didn't have shorts to swim in. The people at the front desk were always polite when I asked them questions.

easy on and off to highway and convenient to all attractions.

the breakfast was just wrapped and cold. no hot sides...could have some hot choices.

I thought the breakfast was not up to standard. I thought there would be hot food like on the posters. It may hae not been all set up but our choices where coffee, juice and wrapped pastries.

I didn’t like not knowing that I was booking my stay with a third party and it caused confusion when checked in from now on I’am calling direct.
