bright clean and big rooms. The breakfast was great and the lady that ran the breakfast was amazing and treated us like family. would stay here again

Everything was very clean and well set up. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. You can’t beat having a kitchen with the room. The free breakfast was really good too (have the waffles!). Even though there were a few large groups staying while we were there, the room was really quiet and pleasant because all guests were well spread out over the different floors. Would definitely come back again.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the bedding on the beds - the thin cover over the comforter was scratchy and just seemed superfluous. Everything else, including all the toiletries and kitchen implements were high quality - it’s too bad the bedding was awful.

I love the convenience of having a kitchen in the room I love that the room has other seating areas than just the bed. I Love The view and how quiet it is throughout the day and night. I find that other hotels have children running up and down the Halls but at this particular hotel I found it very peaceful early in the morning at breakfast time and also throughout the day and night without a lot of noise disturbance

The breakfast was good. The room was large and clean. The staff was friendly. I liked the price. It was priced way cheaper than other options we were looking at. We also liked the fact that the room had a mini kitchen. I also like the fact that I didn't have to pay for parking and wifi.

Overall the location was not the best location in Detroit. When I asked for room service, I was told, it took them 24 hours to schedule one.

Very easy to get to, plenty of restaurants around the area, plenty of activities also around to go do. Room was awesome and big. Beds was probably one of the best I've had for a hotel. Great place, would stay at again.

Minor issue of toilet being a little loose from the floor and strong chemicals in the pool but that was very minor and didn't worry to much about it.

We arrived later in the evening and the doors were closed and nobody was at the front desk so we had to drive to another hotel...once there the desk at the other hotel was nice enough to call the manager at Home2Suites and we were able to return there and check in. Was clumsy but these things happen sometimes.

It was really nice to have a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The breakfast was also quite good, especially the egg and sausage sandwich. Most importantly to point out that the woman who was working the breakfast area to restock everything was exceptional. She was friendly and really helpful.

We have no complaints and enjoyed the stay.

the size of the room is good for a family, the beds were comfortable, it was clean, great breakfast!

I have a Suggestion, because you accept pets in your hotel, I suggest that you separate the rooms for people with pets and people without pets, because my daughters have allergies from pets. thanks

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and always willing to accommodate us.
