Best Western Warren Hotel

Receptionist was nice. Location was good. Hallways were clean. Room was stocked with linen and toiletries. Refrigerators were bigger than expected. Plenty of mirrors and lighting in room.

Rooms wasn't ready at check in time. Too much chlorine in pool. Free breakfast was supposed to be included with room and there wasn't any at the time stated.

I like that the pool is open an I can go there to get away

I don’t like how the staff be acting an looking at people that’s not cool

I love this hotel also friendly staff very clean sweet nice and fair they treat you like family quietly peaceful place easy to park no long wait time clean laundry room convenient to eat close to the freeway and I definitely will keep going and recommend to anyone been here over 5times Thankyou love the hot tub and pool 💖

I loved my hotel room it was clean and comfortable sheets were clean bathroom was clean but the floor I was on was the 2nd floor and the people on my floor were horrible and not clean they had hot sauce all on the carpet dirty towels all in the hallway and there trash all in the hallway. I thought that’s why everyone had trash cans in there room and when I first pulled up there was a guy playing all kinds of rap music walking around outside. That was the only uncomfortable part but, other than that I liked my stay at Best Western Hotel😊

it was clean with a lot of amenities, location was nice with stored close by.

my daughter was disappointed as we chose that hotel for her birthday weekend because it had a pool indoors, to then find out when we arrived that the pool would be closed for the entire time we were staying so I was annoyed at that

That I was helped Immediately with my reservation problem. The front desk staff was very helpful! The rooms were clean...

All that wasn't 100% is I originally booked three rooms, Hotel only had reservations for two. They Did get me another room tho, Was Happy! Only other thing was the pool and hot tub was Dirty The Whole Two Day Stay, so No One from my group of twelve was able to take advantage of neither...That Was Sad Since That's One Of The Reasons We Choose That Best Western and the surrounding things...

The pool and hot tub were clean n running. Breakfast was a variety of items hot and cold. Parking was close and well lit

Room wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. Used washcloth in bathroom and used but wiped on floor near bed

It was clean and fair priced. Close to stores.

Other guests not controlling their children at 12am. Office had to get involved. Took 2 calls to solve the problem.

Staffing was great very nice and polite Room was clean and perfect our first visit

Didn't like i wasn't getting our breakfast when someone told us we can get our breakfast in the front desk and the next day we didnt get any said they dont do it reason paying getting breakfast for my family for the price im paying. Other then that had good time

The pool and outside sitting area were very nice and inviting there is adult swim from 9-10pm! We were able to enjoy ourselves outside the room in the lounge as well. The entire hotel is very nice and comfortable.

There was no free breakfast.
