Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chanhassen, MN

The breakfast options were great, there was a lot to choose from. The French toast was quite dry but I was able to get other things instead so not a bad experience. The room was quite large for he value, had a deluxe king suite at an incredible price. Bed was comfy. Every staff member we encountered was super nice and helpful. Hot tub worked well. Location was phenomenal as far as being very close to a lot of shopping and food options, as well as being near a main road to get you anywhere you needed to go quickly.

Downside is while the location was great, it was very near train tracks which loudly rumbles through twice in one night. I was able to go back asleep but imagine that may have been difficult with my young kid. The window in our room seemed to be leaking air, but the weather wasn't bad so it wasn't a super big deal, plus the heater in the room could really kick out some heat.

The breakfast was fine, it had wrapped Jimmy Dean sandwiches, and other grab and go items. I think it also had waffles, but we did not get those. The room seemed clean, was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable and there were no bad smells or anything. The hot tub and pool were clean and running well.

The bathroom must have been flooded in the days before we stayed in the room, because the bathroom door was swollen and couldn't be opened or shut easily. There were also pieces of the mdf from the door falling off everytime we shut or opened the door.

Wonderful facility for a stay especially if you are planning on spending time on the west side of the Twin Cities and near Lake Minnetonka. Close to wonderful shopping, dining and attractions. In the same complex as the Chanhassen Dinner Theater which is really nice.

Should have checked what was playing at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. We missed out on seeing the Jersey Boys during our stay. We did see a wonderful musical at the Guthery Theater downtown Minneapolis but it's a bit of a commute we could have saved.

great location, comfortable bed, love the king suite/1 bedroom option jacuzzi was huge!

we had ants but they were willing to switch our room. the breakfast was good but was very early and taken away at the exact time of close regardless of people being in the process of getting their breakfast. items were also not refilled for those who wanted to eat towards the latter half of breakfast. indoor pool was a little cold and jacuzzi was a little too hot.

A beautiful cosy place, located minutes away from Paisley Park Museum. Their breakfasts are great, with many options that change daily. This is the perfect location for a stay in Minneapolis if you are a Prince fan and wish to see all of the famous places of interest. It's outside of the main city centre, allowing you a peaceful, relaxed experience.

Love the location as we attend the Chanhassen Dinner Theater and it nice to stay overnight rather than make the long drive home at night.

Breakfast selection should be larger rather than a cold,hard egg patty and very undercooked bacon. Also would be nice to have breakfast available longer than 8:30am.

There location was good for us. The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable. The staff were polite. I liked the french toast and scrambled eggs. I liked the check out time. I liked that you could enter the building near your parking spot.

It would have been better if we received the complimentary water that we supposed to get. It would be better to receive clean towels in our room daily. I would have liked to have bacon and waffles some days. Weekday breakfast time ended to early.

Loved that I had Prince mural outside my window! Lovely big room and lounge area. Fridge and coffee making facilities. Large comfy bed. plenty of room for clothes etc. Swam alone as pool area was empty. So nice.

Loud a/c unit. Pillows were a little soft. Breakfast a little basic.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I needed to modify my stay and they went above and beyond to help me work with Booking.com to change the nights I stayed. Breakfast was excellent and was included with the room! Room was very clean and spacious. Thank you for the great stay! Will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff and General Manager were very friendly and enthusiastic. Made me feel welcome. Answered all questions and even engaged in small talk. Bedding was wonderful. Smelled so fresh and clean. Room was very clean. Refrigerator worked very well, unlike those of many other hotels I have stayed at. Beautiful lobby with the fireplace.
