Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Minneapolis Shakopee

The breakfasts were good with a nice selection. May have been short staffed. One morning -guests were waiting for coffee and no supervisor a few days.

House cleaning! The room was very clean and good amenities, however, we were there for five nights. Sheets are changed after 3 days. We requested the change and did not have it done until the 4th night after I went into the hall to find a housekeeper. She did a great job of cleaning up-but should have been done the day before. The young man at the front desk was very good-however, the gal on the other shift didn’t seem to know what was going on.

Great breakfast because they offered Gluten-free muffins and bagels.

Breakfast they could have offered turkey or chicken bacon/sausages. There was a really weird resident who seemed like she was living out of the hotel. I hope this location does not turn into a residential situation longed termed as I did enjoy the stay and planning to come back in April and June of next year.

The location was great! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean and well up to date.

Very disappointed with the pool. In the pictures it showed a hot tub but there was not a hot tub. The breakfast times weren’t ideal. Felt like as soon as we woke up we had to rush in order to have breakfast.

Everything. Helpful, Friendly, Awesome location.

We like everything, just a couple of things: 1) In-room 235 - The bathroom was without conditions. 2) We prefer to have in future more paper towels or napkins; 3) Breakfast delicious for my husband, I would like to have a different brand of yogurt. Next time we will want to stay at your place. NICE, CLEAN, Amazing Customer Service, Quiet, Safety. I will recommend it to all my friends. GOOD JOB! Thank you for everything.

The room was comfortable. Breakfasts were great. Friendly staff.

Room temperature fluctuates a lot. The bathroom has some awkward synchronicities. The shower was difficult to control the temperature.

Everything! helpful and friendly staff. spotless room. beds were clean and comfortable. great breakfast. would recommend anyone to stay there. it was one of the nicest places we have stayed and worth every penny

I liked that we could swim the day of check out and check out a little later. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The view of the one was nice. The front desk staff were friendly.

I understand that the precautions allowed only one family to swim at a time so was disappointed that we could not swim Saturday night. The breakfast was mediocre but at least there was something. I tried calling the front desk several times and there wasn't an answer, so thought that was strange. Tub drain could have been snaked out since the water backed up into the tub.

As a travel nurse I like somewhere that isn’t too difficult to get to. Also the facility is clean, comfy, and the staff are more than willing to work with an early check in for those weird overnight sleep schedules.

My only issue was my microwave’s power button didn’t work so it made it difficult to cook up my travel meals. The staff did help by letting me use thieves in the lobby.

No central control of light switches. But that is almost normal in the US.

The property was very clean. The staff was very nice. 

The pool is nice, but it’s very very very SMALL and very loud even with two kids in the pool.
