Comfort Inn & Suites

Breakfast was good, except for the unusual eggs......chopped hard boiled eggs were unusual. The coffee choices, beverages, waffles and biscuit were great. Thank you for the freshly baked cookies and coffee available in the afternoon and evening.

As previously mentioned, the eggs were strange. If we had been given mayo, mustard and pickle relish, we could have made egg salad sandwiches.

Spacious location, fold away sofa was the value.. everything worked except the water...pool, ice and room hot tub FYI no promises were made about" reservoirs" and reproductive likelihood, so admittedly they closed all shared bathing, but sometimes it's better to tell kids the purpose .

The water works were shut down and phone call to anticipate room with jacuzzi answer was so upright about coVid precautions it was no comfort .

This is a wonderful budget hotel. the rooms were clean with microwave, fridge and easy chair w/ottoman. The bathroom was big and clean and shower was very hot and powerful. Staff was always friendly! Breakfast was tasty with waffles, biscuits/gravy eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal etc. I will definitely stay again!

The location was close to where we wanted to be. The hot tub and pool were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They were obviously in the middle of a remodel. The smoke detector in our room was covered with a plastic bag and the staff wasn’t sure if that was part of the construction, so we left it like that. The room could have been cleaned better. The coffee pot had a used coffee pod in it and the regular coffee hadn’t been restocked. We ended up just getting coffee in the lobby with breakfast.

the staff were very attentive, nice and helpful. The facility was under some renovation, so couldn’t use the pool. the room was one of the new renovated and it was very nice and roomy. bed was comfortable. the breakfast was a great spread, good variety.

The shower was not working well. couldn't turn on shower and toilet lever stuck.

The staff was nice even though they were extra busy with receiving large shipments of equipment and furniture. I think it was the one that was in charge that day stopped to talk to people at the breakfast tables.

The pool wasn't open. They were doing a lot of renovations at the time we were there.

Tina was great to work with regarding rates. Numerous bfast options Individual room controls for temp much appreciated Enjoyed the newspaper!

Bathroom tub faucet has a serious leak. It appears the property is under a remodel that is sorely needed! Room could use better lighting

We have always liked this hotel- it's a great place to have a little vacation away from home. Peaceful, private and comfortable.

They were in the middle of some renovations when I stayed there- a little disappointing, but not the end of the world. The pool area was closed to resurfacing, so there was a bad smell from that. I just opened my window and it was fine. I was told that the massage chairs were closed when I arrived and asked about them, but the other person the next morning said that they could be used- that irritated me. They used to have the BEST hot breakfast- but with Covid protocols, it was just a bag lunch you had to ask the person at the front desk for. No options for self service at all, all food was pre-packaged (other than the fruit). Again- not their fault, but a very disappointing breakfast compared to what they used to have.

First motel in a long time that I didn't regret.. it was cheaper then most hotels, had breakfast which was different way of doing it because of covid but was very convenient. Close to valley fair which was our reason for staying in shakopee, was close to alot of other places such as target , resterants, and gas stations.. staff was super nice... Amazing place

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff- always made sure the pool was open early so could swim before going to craft show to sell rugs. Been going to this hotel for over 15 years and will keep coming back!
