We didn't take advantage of breakfast, was glad that they found a way to still serve breakfast with covid. I liked check in. We came at night looking for a room, this lady was very helpful, friendly and pleasant, she didn't treat us like we were a inconvenience to her. She asked if we would prefer a room on first floor or second. (considerate!) I also liked it that in the bathroom, it looked like they did some touchups and looked clean. The corners were white and not dirty like some hotels. The room smelled like it was clean, I didn't notice any dust or dirt in corners. Beds were very comfortable. It was an overall very pleasant stay. We didn't need any extras, we were very tired and left in the morning. (Funny tidbit, when we left we realized we had stayed here before.)

Small parking lot. We were pulling a boat and lucky for us there were a few more empty spots, although when we left in the morning we did see that we could have parked on a side street, at lease the side street was empty when we left.

Alicia at the front desk was more than helpful she went above and beyond figuring out how to move our room closer to the front. I have limited mobility and was not aware the handicap rooms were so far down. I will definitely be coming back.

The giant closet thingy when you first walk in I ran into this several times coming out of the bathroom at night. It's not in a good place.

Your staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this place again.

Breakfast left us wanting. Would have been nice to have plain bread to make toast. The waffles tasted good, but the syrup was horrible. Room was to be enough room for 5 people - was a little cramped with the portable bed

Clean, good size rooms for the type of hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff was awesome. Quiet even though full house that weekend.

Getting into parking lot was strange narrow entrances. Bed was nice enough but frame was creaky when you laid on bed felt a few springs

The front desk lady Alicia was amazing anything I needed she was on top of it and the breakfast in the morning was awesome!

Bedding was dirty as well as the toilet paper was wet the fan didn't work in the bathroom so while taking a shower it made the entire room fill with steam

reasonably clean, reasonably comfortable, reasonably priced.

back entrance needs some help. staff was pleasant enough, but a few more smiles needed

Breakfast was good. Kids were happy with selection. They also enjoyed the pool facilities.

I thought the bed was a bit too firm, but otherwise the room was large and cozy.

its easy off and on the highway, staff is pleasant, allows pets, room is clean and spacious, i like that the window opens for fresh air if you ant it!

there is nothing that we didnt not like, a suggestion for those of us that travel with pets, there is a great area to walk them, if it was fenced to that they could go off leash and run would be great... but that wont hinder us from staying there

Breakfast was good! I had scrambled eggs and a sausage patty. Nutritious offerings of other items were available.

The air conditioner was making unusual noises which disrupted our sleep a lot.

It was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly.

The beds were pretty hard, but a hotel can't please everyone. The hot tub had a lot of chlorine in it, my son's eyes and skin were very irritated (no he didn't open his eyes under water).
