Best Western Executive Suites

Loved the location. Loved the friendly, customer service oriented receptionist Ms.Yaya. She was very kind, understanding and helpful with any questions or issues we had. Liked the hot continental breakfast. It was a nice variety of items to choose from. Such as bacon, biscuits, eggs and more. We also liked that the shower had great pressure and nice hot water.

Due to the entrance to the rooms being on the outside, there was alot of foot traffic going past our window. We also didn't like that our room door had the safety lock loose and unusable. But I will say that that issue was handled and fixed as soon as we mentioned it to the friendly staff.

FIRST: every single person on staff was so friendly it was infectious to the guests as well, who seemed to be positively buoyant with camaraderie. Either the training is excellent, or whoever chooses staff is highly insightful -- or both. SECOND: a real, hot breakfast. THIRD: very helpful staff as well. FOURTH: I just wish I'd found this place 4 years ago when my son first moved to Columbus! Now he's leaving.

Facilities seemed a little run-down, but the value was still excellent.

The young lady at the desk when I checked in was awesome . She was so friendly and bubbly i immediately was in a good mood .

I was very pleased with everything except I had requests BEFORE my arrival and no one returned my messages so I arrived not sure what to expect as far as the requests I made but I was stuck with the booking without knowing . However, the fabulous girl at the desk asked my preferences and she immediately assured me they would be accommodated.

Literally one minute away from Walmart.. Breakfast was excellent.

They have a rule when it comes to the pool. Each room only get 1 hour to be in it. I had two rooms (which should have been 2 hours at two different times) and was still only allowed 1 hour. Then you’re only allowed to have 5 people at a time. I told the lady when I checked in I have 7 kids with me. The night shift lady, Deborah was rude and said “well you can’t have a pool party here” which I wasn’t! I did have my daughter a hotel party which they had no problem with.

Your company is absolutely REDICULOUS for putting a $250 hold on our bank account for up to 15 days if you use a debit card!! NO! YOU ARE WRONG FOR THAT!😠 impossible to get across the highway to go left towards the Air base, you have to turn right out of the property then go make a U-turn. we were in the very last room next to the stairs and it was extremely NOISY at night with people gathering at the bottom of the stairs whooping and hollering and talking loud from 12am-2:40am GIANT PEE STAIN ON THE SOFA CUSHION!!

The breakfast was great, and the staff kept everything stocked where good did not run out. The parking was good and the water shower pressure was amazing. The front desk manager Sharron was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. She was one of the reasons I more than enjoyed my stay here.

We had to reserve pool time because the pool was very small

My mom and aunt had the BEST time of their lives here. They were memorized by the hospitality received during their stay from beginning to end. The breakfast was hot and fresh every morning and the cook and hostess were personable. The room was gorgeous and had a cute mini living room with it. The pool was superb and overall said they will return here next visit! Thank you for taking care of them. 💜

location was close to many other amenities. Cleanliness of the room and front desk area. Friendliness of staff was great. Front desk offered recommendations and assistance in finding amenities in the area.

Difficult to find if you have never been in the area before. I had a little difficulty with the door to my room not wanting to latch closed.

The property is in a very lit up part of town. Not busy but well lit. The whole establishment and rooms were very clean and loved the pillows. I was amazed by how delicious the breakfast was. Definitely will be back!

The only thing I can say is that the plumbing was switched because the hot side was actually cold and cold side was really hot. After you figure that out it’s fine though.

The building looks deceiving on outside as it is dated and can give the wrong idea , but the inside was amazing lobby and rooms. Eveything was lovely.

A little uncomfortable with the lady attending the breakfast bar. I felt I was being micro managed on everything I choose to eat.
