Quality Inn Columbus

We choose here often when we're visiting family in Columbus. It's worth the money, the staff always been friendly & professional. The rooms were clean (except this visit, around the bottoms of the beds it wasn't as tidy. There was a sock, juice bottle, & paper wad.) But overall the stay was great as usual.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was exceptional compared to some of the places we've stayed for the same or higher price. We had trouble getting into our room and staff worked hard taking care of the issue.

Management may not know but the sink in our room was cracked.

Great location, easy access, easy in and out. Quite, well kept property. Good breakfast.

Had a little mixup in room assignment, requested a double bed room, they first gave me a single bed, corrected very quickly, no other problems.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was always good and I had unlimited coffee in my room.

The parking lot and roadway around the hotel could use some work and the smell in the breezeway by the office was not pleasant.

The beds were so comfy but the pillows were our favorite. So plump and soft. The carpets were clean and looked new. Everyone loves a clean floor. The room was good size. The tub was extra long. The best part was the breakfast. During this covid time lots of hotels offer breakfast bars. This breakfast offered sausage, eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits as well as waffles, yogurt, rolls and cereal. My husband was quite happy.

We arrived at 1230 am as we traveled back home on the holiday weekend. We could not find any hotel rooms that were affordable and on the highway. This hotel was off the highway a bit but very affordable, very clean and comfortable. We only stayed until 9 am and did not eat breakfast before leaving for our continued drive home.

There wasnt great parking and there was no sound barrier from outside. We could hear every conversation going on outdoors.

It was inexpensive and clean.

The breakfast was a deciding factor in my choice, and it was very disappointing. Because of that, I would likely choose a different hotel that has a better breakfast or is newer.

Day One: Minimal, but OK. Day Two: Cold sausage. Had to ask the desk for butter.

Day two morning staff didn't even look up from his phone when I came in.

the location was convenient - easy off and back on the freeway. We had a first-floor room as requested and were able to load from the car to the room easily.

Well located to much needed places. Staff is awesome..thanks Tammy, you're the best.

Room lighting is bright, needs to be able to dim.
