Fairfield Inn and Suites Gulfport / Biloxi

The staff at the Fairfield Inn was absolutely a delight. Every single person was friendly and helpful and had smiles. And this was a busy busy week for this time of year because of cruisin the coast. The facility was clean. Aperiod our rooms were very clean. Everything worked in the rooms. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were almost new. The shower was great. I loved this hotel. The blankets were a tiny bit thin but they included a new one in the closet so that was not an issue either.

The only thing I've thought difficult about the hotel is something they can't change. The roads to get into it are a pain because it's all one way to get into it and there's no backroads to get in like a backway or something. So that was a little bit inconvenient but I don't think there's anything that can do to change that period

I stay here pretty often. I travel here to see family and never have any issues but this time my room was not the cleanest. I travel with Lysol, fabric sanitizer spray, Clorox wipes but I have to clean a little before using anytime.

the employees are very nice, very helpful. the hotel is 10 mins from a beach(watch for jellyfish). one particular employee was hateful about the kids being loud in the pool and walking through the lobby with no shoes (that’s my fault, I’ll get my life together one day)

there is a mildew smell in all of the rooms. the hotel is hard to get to. every restaurant within an hour closes at 9pm. couch bed is awwwwwwful. you have to ask for any towels, trash bags, toilet paper, cleanings. keys often didn’t work.

The price was pretty good considering it had indoor pool. The staff was mostly nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were roomier than most I’ve stayed in. We were overall happy with our stay.

The ice machine on the second floor was broken and the hall on the 2nd floor had a BAD smell. Disappointed with the cleanliness of rooms - tub was nasty and hairy, and the door had visible smear marks from hands. Also, there are only sheer curtains on the windows so it was too bright at night (which my kids liked). One of the front desk employees seemed to have a permanent scowl on her face. Maybe she was just having an off day. All others had a smile and were engaging.

The breakfast was great. Something for everyone. Large variety , stayed stock. Parking was good. Hotel wasn’t to large not to small. That made me feel comfortable as I come and go. Hotel personnel was friendly and eager to make things right for you. Great customer services.

The mattress was not comfortable. It’s not that the mattress wasn’t any good. It was to firm for me. I intend to visit again, I’ll ask for a less firm mattress.

Breakfast was simple but good. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpfull and it was very clean. I was very comfortable during my stay and the hotel has a nice peaceful atmosphere.

The room furnishings were a little outdated but nothing that was bothersome. This hotel is a good deal and very well managed.

We slept in soo we didn’t eat Breakfast!!!

The elevator was out when we came in at about 3:45 am ! We where on the second floor !! I have a heart condition!! So that made it a bit rough on me but !! The staff apologized for the inconvenience!! It was fixed in time for Check out !! Very Quiet!! Beds was really comfy!!! Would stay there again!!!

The staff was amazing. Comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom was very clean and the room was well organized. Highly recommend.

TV stations were limited, but overall good.

The property was very clean and modern the cleaning staff was very friendly and whatever we needed some thing they were there to assist the room with a good size in so where the bathrooms in the location

The front desk staff was quite rude I would say other than that everything else was nice

Breakfast was very limited. Did not eat much of it. Location was a little difficult to get in and out of. Rooms were very clean as was the public area. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The location was difficult to get in and out of. COvid go away so regular breakfast offerings can come back.
