Hilton Garden Inn Gulfport - Biloxi Airport

Breakfast was same as many other Hotel Venues … Carton Fresh Eggs , sir fry frozen potato wedges and all the muffins and breads you want. The waffle maker is a great gimmick over all takes the hassle out of finding a place with the same quality food basically! Also the Cook to order is available for like $10 on most menu items…Airport only becomes an issue when enjoying the swimming pool and Hot tub which were both spotless !

I like my pillow a bit more supportive and not so cloud like, as in when ya head is set on the pillow you sink straight thru to the bed …. Small issue but it’s whatever….

all of the staff were friendly & professional - my room was clean - I traveled with my dog so the guest check-in representative made sure we had a room on first floor so that it was easy to take my dog in/out - that was extremely thoughtful!! also there’s a restaurant & bar in the lobby - very nice - I had a hamburger, fries & salad - it was great. the waitress at the bar was super friendly & attentive!

My number one need was to have a shuttle take me to the airport at 4:30 a.m. I went to the lobby that morning and requested it. The desk clerk was very friendly and offered coffee. I went to pour a cup, thinking there would be a wait, and the driver was there before I could finish making it!! Excellent service!! When I checked into the hotel, the clerk remembered me as someone who had stayed there before, and she was very welcoming.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I was hoping that there might be a piece of fresh fruit out for folks like me who were leaving very early, even though breakfast was not being served yet. There wasn't.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was excellent and over the top friendly! One employee Candice Simmons worked thru a stressful situation with a smile. She was working short staffed when 20 Realtors came in. All were hungry and thirsty and she handled it very professionally. I wish all my employees had her work ethic!!

The only negative was the room had a bit of a musty smell

Easy access , friendly staff , clean and the size of the room.

I did not like the idea the I ask for the room service and we left out and came back and the room did not get any service. I had to to go down staris and ask for more towels and our trash was overflowing in the room.

Breakfast was great. there was something for everyone. Everyone I spoke to were so responsive and helpful.

A word of caution. I don't know how long elevator 1 has not been working, however if something happened to elevator 2 your ratings would be in the pits

Over the last couple of months I have had to stay over in Gulfport, MS. I have stayed at about 9 different hotels. All 9 locations had at least one or more issues on their properties. I decided to give Hilton a chance and WOW I’m so glad I did. My stay was wonderful. The check in was easy and I was able to order my breakfast at check in. They were so accommodating and professional. My standard King room was clean, surprisingly quite large and comfortable. The room had everything I needed (lots of towels, microwave, fridge and Keurig coffee maker). If you are flying into Gulfport or just needing to stay for a night or two, this is my 1st choice and recommendation..

Not a thing!!!

Wasn’t expecting to pay extra for some of the things I wanted for breakfast. This was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed that charged extra for certain breakfast items. The location was fine…quiet.

I honestly didn’t like that extra charge for breakfast and saw 2 people almost get attacked/bitten by other guests dogs.

We love stay there. Very clean and feel like home to us. Good serve was good and fresh meal. Staff are so friendly and helpful… The ambiance was amazing we love it.
