Holiday Inn - Gulfport-Airport, an IHG Hotel

The staff get A+ because they were totally helpful and even mailed us a backpack we forgot. The pool and spa were to die for. Excellent. Shower was great, towels soft. Bed was comfortable. Seemed secure.

It's expensive and really what is provided that justifies that kind of price? I know it's in season but it's Gulfport not Tampa. Also low flying jets constantly. Wasn't a deal breaker but wow that's a busy airport. Also towels in the pool area were gone and not replaced often enough. And it's time to change the carpet in the room, for sure.

I enjoyed the kitchen staff, the rooms the pool and hot tub.

The manager was not nice, the staff was very nice. The ac didn’t work in the indoor pool room. The carpet needs to be shampooed my feet was black from my room when taking my shower and going to get in the bed I would have to get a washcloth and we would have to clean our feet.

The staff was very friendly from the reception desk to the dining area. breakfast buffet was off the chain!!…. the room was clean with a nice smell and the bed was comfortable. I can’t leave out the shopping center are in walking distance and everyone favorite place is about 4 miles away Walmart shopping center

I did enjoy the comfortable bed and showers. The room was decently clean when we arrived.

They did not offer room service on the weekend which was the majority of our stay. I prepaid for our breakfast and there was only one staff member working. We were pressed for time to do a horse show and I had prepaid in the first place for convenience. Slow and the breakfast was not high quality for the price.

it was clean, very nice. comfortable, roomy. pool was open 24hrs. hot tub was super nice. bathroom was amazing.

pillows were flat not very comfortable, wish breakfast was included instead of having to pay. pool wasn’t very warm.

I liked the welcoming environment, clean rooms ,friendly staff.. Free lemonade and cookies. Great location and accessible to many stores and restaurants!

I didn't like the toilet. They were entirely too short and small. Didn't meet the need of handicapped people or larger people. I felt that a continental breakfast would be appropriate.

It was our first get together since 2020. The staff, beginning with the front desk to the very essential housekeeping, made our stay pleasant. If we needed anything was only a matter of a phone call or talking with someone in housekeeping.

I had no complaints. As mentioned above the staffing was Great...

I love the multiple lounge Areas. One side has a bar area that includes a bartender that serves great drinks.. Other side has comfortable setting area for private conversations...... FAMILY FRIENDLY; GREAT LOCATION!!!!! JUST AMAZING

Location is wonderful access to everything mall, stores, gas, beaches, casinos, food places. I love the non smoking element to the room. I did enjoy the breakfast next time I will try dinner

Would have liked my room cleaned while I was out

Only one of the available elevators was operating. This along with the fact that the stairs only exist outside on the first floor created an inconvenient moment each time you used it. This along with the price point lowered the overall value in my opinion.
