Sleep Inn & Suites Gulfport

I had a good night's sleep, nice clean facility, everything in the room worked. It smelled really good. The shower was so awesome. The water felt so soft. I enjoyed how friendly the clerk, Alexis, was. She made our stay very comfortable.

Our key was deactivated somehow, but I am glad that the guy at the desk worked swiftly to resolve the problem. I didn't like that it was a real task getting into the property, because of the way that the road was made.

We asked for "top floor" for more peace & quiet and we got it without having to remind them at check in. The room had some nice contemporary touches. Bathroom was BIG and nicely appointed.

The bathroom vent fan was REALLY noisy and we couldn't use it. But oh well! The "free breakfast" wasn't all that creative, interesting, or filling, but again.. Oh well! The price for the room was fair, so we got our own breakfast at a regular restaurant down the street. No worries.

The staff Tina made us feel welcomed and serviced our room u need more employees like her

The staff was rude and the elevator carpet floor was dirty and the place was Awkward to get in to the parking lot

The entire property was clean and orderly. My room was comfortable, and all facilities were working. The nights that I stayed there, it was quiet, allowing me a good night's rest. The staff and management were friendly.

The street leading to the property is poorly designed, making it a bit difficult to access it. But that's on the city, not the hotel.

Miss Shari was a true delight. We arrived very tired and She welcomed Us are Old Friends. She made Very sure that anything We needed was taken care of. A very Special Thanks to Her!

It is the same everywhere today but I miss the daily servicing of the rooms!!

The quietness of the facility was excellent, the rooms didn't smell stuffy nor of dampness/ mold or mildew. The rooms are very clean A+ and the ground was well kept.

That before we had arrived to check in, the desk clerk had already charged the card that was on file. I was under the impression that I wasn't gonna be charged until I arrived. I thought that's why they ask you to share your arrival time. Because things do happen!!! But because they had a busy weekend, that's why I was charged before I arrived. Let it be known that they may ask for a security deposit also. (Future reference), so people don't be surprised up on arrival.

For the price of the room the television could have been a lot bigger been the quality of the hotel it is a good hotel not a motel so the size of the television should have been a little bigger

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff friendly and room service excellent. I did eat breakfast either of the 5 days I stayed at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

The entrance having to come in. Going to the the light turning around making a U- turn to come back. There should be a (Sleep Inn) sign to the entrance where to turn in. Too congestion in that small intersection.
