Everything was amazing so many bonuses that we didn’t know about and the staff Helped with everything we could ever ask

The hot tub got pretty dirty and the jet’s didn’t work

The breakfast facility was good and stocked well. Was pretty busy with lots of folks around. Saved us money on eating out.

Was a little crowded trying to serve ourselves at breakfast.

We had a mixup with the room. There were two guest bookings with the same exact names, first and last. The person with the same name checked in ahead of us, and then my booking was cancelled by your desk staff. The front desk staff had switched by the time we checked in so the details are still a little unclear. The front desk was helpful and luckily found us a room and provided some credit. This was the Taylor Swift concert weekend so we were very lucky there was a room for us. Your staff was helpful, but please check the card information and the home addresses of guests upon checkin so that this can be avoided.

Our room was cancelled because of matching names, first and last. Luckily there was a room. Please check exact card info and address information upon checkin to help avoid this from happening. Also check confirmation information.

The breakfast was the best I have had in a long time. The eggs were just right and the variety of food was great. There seemed to be something for everyone. The beds are so very comfortable and room was very clean. I especially like that you have hairdryers so I don’t have to bring mine.

The only thing I would change is the price. It is a lot to pay for just one night. It is usually a weekend and the prices are higher then but I always come here when I come to visit my granddaughter it is close to everything.

Absolutely everything! I felt like we were st a fancy resort. It was beautiful, clean, staff was so friendly snd helpful. They went above and beyond to send back my husband’s watch he left there. They even called back to let me know they were sending it out that day. The breakfast was amazing. It was actually real cooked food and tasted awesome. I wish there were more of these hotels along our trip.

Location was great! Easy access to the highway and to get downtown (we had a graduation to attend downtown). Parking was ample and getting in and out of the room was a breeze. Everything was located within easy steps of the front door, elevator and the pool and work out room. Pool is large and well kept. Breakfast staff were helpful and courteous. Front desk greeted us each time we walked by. We asked for a pack and play for my grandson and it was ready in the rooms when we arrived. We were called the morning of our arrival to confirm our requests which was nice to know we would have no issues when we arrived. Fabulous stay! Rooms are comfortable and clean also because that is important!

I really have nothing bad to report. I probably did not pay attention, but I think if you want daily maid service you must request it - we only stayed 2 nights so that was not an issue.

The hotel was great and everything they said they offered was on point great happy hour with free drinks and food was good for being complimentary ordered pizza from the hotel restaurant at Midnight was ok for bar pizza beds were extremely comfortable would recommend this place to anyone traveling to KC Missouri

Stay away from the restaurant down the street from the hotel the Corner Cafe staff was good food was terrible 😕

The staff were friendly and helpful. They seemed to be fully staffed and are in the process of adding a bar and restaurant. They have a nice hot tub and their pool is and indoor/ outdoor that you can swim under a flap to get from one to the other. It was really neat!! Their breakfast was delicious and they provided 3 free drinks and a meal during happy hour. It was enough food that we didn’t have to spend money going out for supper. I highly recommend this Drury and will definitely stay here again if we come back to KC!

Everything about this Drury Inn is fantastic! The location is perfect for getting around the Kansas City metro area and loaded with food options. The staff is the best part, since they make you feel at home the moment you arrive.

The fact I had to leave and come home. I've stayed here for the past 3 years while traveling to Kansas City, and this will be the only place I stay when up there again.
