The staff was excellent!! They had a sense of humor that was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable, and it looked to be a newer hotel.
I miss the days of full service housekeeping. We came back to our room and was so surprised that only towels were replaced. The beds were unmade and nothing had been cleaned in the bathroom. We generally like to leave a tip, but not this time.

I didn’t know about the Rewards program. we rented our room from Wednesday through Saturday and we didn’t have maid services our entire stay. at checking the lady said, since you went through a third party to rent your room we have to charge you a 25.00 fee for incidentals, then we will give it back to you only if there are no charges to your room.

We got in really late on the night of our reservation and the ladies at the front desk were so extremely helpful in getting us everything we needed and get helping getting my U-Haul parked. They were amazing and very helpful
There was nothing that I didn't like. I mean we were in and out pretty quickly. We got in at midnight and left it about 8:00 the next morning but in the process everything was amazing and there was nothing I didn't like.

Nice comfortable bed. Quiet room. Nice size shower with some Good soap, and shampoo. Loved the extra seating with the TV didn't have to lay in bed to watch TV. Front desk staff were very nice. Greeted us and made sure everything was ok each time we came through the lobby. Great customer service. Several eating places nearby so you don't have to travel far to find something to eat.
Parking area was a little dark. Ironing board was unstable.

The only reason I would have to complain is the cost for the one night.

Noisy guests during quiet time of between 10pm and 6am. And multiple parking spots taken up at the front by one vehicle with a trailer attached. Should have a designated area for travel trailers.
