Best Western Plus Landing View Inn & Suites

We like the large jet tub in the bedroom, the 2 large TVs. We liked and used the fridge. We like that it had a microwave, but we did not have need for it on this trip. We really loved the breakfast and this was one of our most favorite things about the stay.

The air return vent filter was full of dust. We believe the room might not smell as musty if this was changed. There were several light bulbs out. There was no hot water in the sink, so we had to wash our hands in the tubs.

Best Western's location is very convenient for walking to Branson Landing. The rooms are always nice and clean. The free breakfast is delicious and they have great coffee.

We had a king suite and it was very spacious. I loved the water pressure in the shower but the shower head direction was not adjustable. Taking a shower was almost blinding with the water always right in your face. That was the only small problem I have ever experienced at BW. Will definitely stay there again.

Well maintained, clean, fantastic hot breakfast, great location (within walking distance of the landing), nice pool, bed was comfortable, the room was nice and clean and front desk ladies were super! Would 110% stay again as well as recommend staying here!

If we had to “dislike” something it would be the noise from the main road. I would recommend asking for a room in the back of the property. However, we still enjoyed our stay!

Close to the Landing, quite and clean. the staff were really nice! Very good breakfast buffet, I have a gluten sensitivity and usually can’t eat much from a buffet but they had lots of good options and got the ingredients list for me to make sure items were safe.

The indoor pool was too cold to swim in but that was the only negative thing for us and not a big deal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was very comfortable. It was nice having the microwave and fridge in the room. Shower was great and really comfortable beds. Location is great, close to the downtown shops and The Landing and off the strip, but close enough that it wasn’t a bad drive. Would recommend !!

It was great, the only negative was the floors were not very clean.

The location and free breakfast were good

I had my 73 year old mother with us and she uses a rolling walker we had a handicapped room but first I had to keep her from rolling down the hill from were we had to park to even get close to our room we had to park on a sloped hill if you ask for a handicapped room it should at least be on flat ground so the elder or handicapped can have a easier time getting to there room also she can’t use a bathtub so I had to wash her off everyday you need a walk-in showers the beds are to small and high up for elders or handicapped we had to left her to get on the bed them get up every time she had to go to the bathroom because she couldn’t get in or out of bed alone because it was to high

We originally rented the penthouse but something broke and they gave us a king suit with jacuzzi tub. I was very pleased with the downgrade and they did make it all work. I liked our room. It was spacious! Thank you to Nina and the staff.

The carpet could be cleaned. It's not stained just been walked on alot.

Our room had very easy access to the parking lot, even being on a big hill. The breakfast tasted good, the server was very nice and the dinning room was clean. The room was small, but cozy and it worked well for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. We LOVED the location - close to downtown and away from the strip.

The 2 chairs weren't very comfortable, so we used our lawn chair and it was fine, we were only there in the late evening.

The beds were so comfortable, the pool was heated and open 24 hours which was nice to take a warm swim late at night. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

The location right on the main highway was awful. We could hear cars and sirens speeding by at all hours of the night. Plus there arent enough vending or ice machines. We had trouble finding them.

The property is very convenient and close by.

The fridge in the room was very dirty inside and needed to be wiped down. My wife went to the front office a requested that they wipe it down thinking it might have just been an oversight. That was on the first day of our stay, we stayed an additional two nights after that but the fridge was never wiped down at all.
