Nice , safe area. Very clean and comfortable room. Bed was great, room was quiet. Front desk Very nice and accommodating. Walked to the a restaurant a few blocks away at night. Very safe area. If you want to stay overnight on the St. Louis area, Yes. Stay here for sure!

The complimentary breakfast was so so for a facility of that caliber. It was a "serve yourself" breakfast, which is fine, but the choices were extremely limited and food tasted like you hit it from a vending machine . Very disappointing. But I gave thus hotel 5 stars because I really don't expect a free breakfast from a hotel.

the overall stay was and property was good. however we were in need of more towels and washcloths m, thinking that we have cleaning service (towels, trash) since we were out of the room for the entire day, when returning to the room we called to see if our room was accidentally skipped? We were told that because of Covid, the room attendants only serviced rooms Monday -Friday, that they didn’t like going into peoples rooms on the weekend!!! If it’s a staffing issue then communicate that. Otherwise that’s a stupid excuse, they still had a gym, pool and breakfast! That smart virus knows exactly where and when to go. We were told we could come get towels if we wanted to. For the amount of $$ we paid to stay there you would at least think they could bring them to the door.

We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi suites. Everything was very clean. We loved the dual soap baskets in the shower and the tub area (as opposed to one travel shampoo in the bathroom) and the careful towel display. Mini fridge was cool, room was quiet. Parking was free and really easy to find - we parked within steps to the entrance. Beds were comfortable for myself and spouse- we use firm and soft at home, so I would say these were medium. They included plenty of pillows for both of us. Staff was incredibly helpful. We were running late for check-in, so they called to see if we needed directions or other help. When we forgot our charging cable, the front desk person lent us her own so we could charge our phones. (We didn't use pool or free breakfast, but the complimentary lemonade in the lobby was a nice touch.)

There was only one bedside table for a king size bed, and not enough outlets or USB ports. They included 4 complimentary coffee packets but only 2 packets of sugar. It was hard to find the light switches for the tub area, and there could have been better lighting - more bedside lamps. There was only one, so we had to get back out of bed to turn off the floor lamp when we were ready to sleep. The darkening curtains didn't really meet in the middle- they might have, but blind pulls were old so they bowed out instead of allowing us to move the curtains, so we couldn't adjust them. (Windows were very tall, which was lovely.)

The hotel is in a quiet part of town and is well kept. Everything was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We booked at the last minute for a room the same night and we were able to get a room at an excellent price. They offer a light breakfast from 7-10. We went down close to 9 and all of the frozen breakfast items and juices were gone. You could make a waffle but we had eaten waffles the previous 4 mornings at other hotels and had no desire to eat another one.

I so miss the amazing cooked breakfast, where I could order an omelette and nothing was in cellophane and prebought cooked. Avoided the breakfasts totally this stay after the 1st day. Very disappointing. The carpeting is also looking a little tired and worn in places.

Spacious room, beautiful view, nice big tub. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Great location with some fun shops and restaurants within walking distance.

It would have been nice to have an actual breakfast instead if just prepackaged muffins and granola bars. That was not mentioned when we booked- it just said breakfast was included. We ended up going to a nearby Cafe but breakfast was included in the room price, so that was slightly disappointing. It was posted inside the elevator that this was due to COVID so I look forward to visiting again once that's over.

The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Even Lillian went the extra mile by taking my husband and my picture! She was very customer focused and polite which made our stay and my husband's 62nd Birthday special. Nick helped with checking us into the hotel and was there when we checked out. A very wonderful experience and really worth the price! This place is a true gem.

We couldn't stay a little longer! A very wonderful stay. We had to get to Branson by this afternoon.

This little gem is located in downtown Wildwood Missouri, an upscale, outer ring St. Louis suburb. It is across the street from a sweet boutique shop and an art deco movie theater. And it’s right next-door to the Wildwood police station. The decor is traditional and lovely with rich fabrics, overstuffed chairs and sofas, and comfortable beds. The staff is oriented to make your stay pleasant.

I've stayed here before. It's not a chain, and I like that. It's just a nice, well kept, hotel. And the people are always really nice.

For some reason they keep the halls REALLY warm. It's more odd than a complaint. Oh, and the coffee maker already had old water in it. And I think it had been there awhile. Some previous resident had obviously started to make coffee, and never did. And staff hadn't checked (why would they?). Also it was an executive suite, their most expensive room. I doubt it gets booked much. The water just looked old. I didn't have coffee.
