Everything was great. The room. the bed. The staff. The kitchen. It was clean and the property is so beautiful! There’s a laundry room. I love the vending machine! The elevator! There’s stores a gas station nearby !
That there wasn’t cleaning included in an overstay!

Blankets had cigarettes burns on them new blankets for the none smokers rooms and the smokers can have the blankets with the cigarettes burns on them!

Liked the security provided inside, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing, very understanding and great to work with.
We didn't like the people loitering in the parking lot. Or the fact that one of our rooms wasn't available because somebody else booked and paid online.

Slept well on a most comfortable mattress. The shower water was hot, lasted a long time, and was the perfect pressure. The refrigerator and kitchen were was meticulous. The air conditioner kept the room cool on 90 degree++ days.
The television did not work. (or was that a good thing ;) )

Everything about the place was great.
Without a vehicle things are a little far but the bus comes every 30 mins and one bus will take you mostly anywhere you would need too. Still a little annoying at times.

Everything else was great. All the workers were nice as can be and very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

The confusion from Booking to the hotel room was a bad mix up. The guest attendant was very professional and patient through the whole situation. Customer service at its best.
