I was able to check in early and my room was clean and neat.
We had just come from a long flight and wanted to eat lunch, however the bar that was supposed to be serving lunch opened an hour later. We ended up spending a ton at the hotel "store".

The computer was slow when we checked in. The lady gave us vouchers for 2 free drinks. Then when she found out our flight left before breakfast, she gave us two appetizers vouchers free. Great customer service.
The extended parking was hard to figure out.

check in - person at desk actually walked me to the elevator to show me where it was and how to work it. Parking was easy and close to front door. Dinner was really good - Caesar salad with grilled salmon - delicious. My friend had tacos - best ever.

I enjoyed the room I stayed in. It was much better than previous stays. Son Hyunh was exceptional upon checking as be was on the previous stay on December 23, 2020. I couldn't have had better service.
I did not like the staff when I checked out. I did not get the receipt I asked for and they were really not friendly. There was 3 sitting at the front desk and when I asked for a receipt the young.lady said check your email we don't have one for you. She was rude and the other girl that was there sitting g down and the guy just laughed when she said that.

The location is so close to the airport that we watched planes take off and land from our room.
The location is under construction, therefore when we arrived late in the evening, we had to find somewhere to grab dinner.

I believe the night manager is Travis, very nice and helpful!! I left my ID at home but have a picture on my phone and he approved it, which was excellent as my friend had delayed flight and arrived after midnight. I had a nice dinner too!

Everything, from the greeting at the front desk to the housekeeper on my departure. People are extremely kind and attentive. I worked as a sales manager there in 1989. The hotel has been really brightened up and I am impressed with the professionalism of your staff.
