The best thing was the staff, specially the receptionist, were super fast at check in, she was very warm and welcoming, offering us a smile all the time and willing to help with all our questions in Saint Louis. She was very helpful at booking us the shuttle back to the airport very quickly for the next day. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. 3 min drive from the airport. Super comfortable beds.

The hotel needs some renovations, looks a bit run down. And the fact that we were on non smoking room area however other guests were smoking weed and made the hall all smokey. I was travelling with my kids and that was not appreciated. These people should respect the non smoking Policy. Hotel staff can be more strict or placing families far away from smokers. I know is normal in America that people smoke weed but this should be addressed.

Motel was good staff was friendly, rooms were clean,

Driver showed up like in the morning to take us to the airport, so missed our flight had to be rebooked then we arrived to late for our connecting flight, to South America, so we had to book on a later flight and pay $544 and get there the next morning. I have stayed at peartree inn close to the STL airport and they are more prompt, thought I would save a few bucks but ended up paying dearly for it.

TV was a challenge. Front of building needed attention, like sweeping, and windows, trash. Front desk personnel semi friendly, was talking on phone when approached with questions and did not excuse themself, or put that person on hold temporarily.

Like thats close to public transportation and a couple stores,and restaurants.

I didn't like that even on my second day stay,that although booked and reserved, a smoking room,like the first day,I was told,that they were booked up and didn't have any,so although I wanted booked and reserved a smoking room,and could have easily went somewhere,they had a smoking room,for the same price if not cheaper.
