Best Western Plus St. Louis Airport Hotel

The staff was responsive. When I checked on my linen was dirty. I spoke to Priya at the front desk and she assured me my room would be cleaned the next morning. I later spoke with the manager Helen who was also helpful in accomodating me with my stay due to my room condition. Lastly the attendants at the desk named Cynthia was very compassionate. She was comforting towards me regarding the reaaon for my visit and was empathetic to my needs. Thank you for offering a nice location for my last minute stay needs. The hotel was decorated nicely, I used the gym several times and the breakfast offerings and times were notable.

My bedding had stains on them as if not changed from the previous guest. Shower was also unclean.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A smile can do so much to leave a good impression! The hotel seems new and well designed: we were in a room adjacent to the elevators and couldn't hear a sound from them!

Just a few ideas for improvement: - The in-room AC unit is noisy when it's running. - The shower floor is slippery when wet. The surface not very anti-slip, and I suppose the hotel uses a strong water-softening system because it wasn't easy to wash the soap off, making the shower floor even more slippery. My little one fell down while showering but was not injured; however, an adult falling may be hurt. - A softer bedside light for reading would be nice; all bulbs were very bright and cool light. But this is not really very important, only a minor detail. - Some sugar-free breakfast options would have been appreciated.

We liked that it was close to all the attractions that we wanted to see. (Although getting to and from hotel with ease proved a little difficult at times) The staff was so very helpful and polite. They called us by our names and that made us feel welcome and accepted. Whenever we needed something they were always willing to help. Breakfast was The Bomb! Plenty of foods to chose from and open a little longer for those of us who like to sleep in a bit while on vacation. Pool hours were perfect open until 11pm is great for couples who like to swim and wade.

We must have crossed paths with house keeping because for 2 days our room didnt get cleaned or replenished. (I realize it was a holiday...) Every time we excited the elevator on our floor, it was hot and muggy versus the temperatures elsewhere at the hotel were comfortable. EVERY day we had to get our room keys redone. It got old and annoying, REAL quick! We did NOT like the fact that you could not close the curtains. They were there only for decoration. We felt as if we could be seen from the outside. There was a thermostat on the wall, AND the actual heating and air unit by the window. It was confusing at first. (Just pick one).

The room was nice. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast included. Free parking.

Our room smelled like fried chicken.. whoever cleaned it previously before we checked in, didn’t empty the trash can in the bathroom. The microwave didn’t get wiped out. Other than that, the room was nice. Pool was small, but only one other person was in there so no big deal. House keeping didn’t come in to make our beds, she just handed me towels at the door. Also, house keeping didn’t come in to take out the trash but instead handed me trash bags. Curious why I was doing her job??

It was close to where we were needing to go. It was pretty clean and not just super generic. Breakfast was stocked up and had many options. Overall was worth it.

There wasn’t really anything bad. The worker at the front desk was talking extremely fast like he did not really want to talk us or just wanted us to get through quick even though there wasn’t a line.

The BW+ staff were on point, from the airport shuttle driver to desk and breakfast staff. Hotel lobby & room decor was fresh snd the king bed was the 2nd most comfy hotel bed (after the DC Hyatt). Nice toiletries, strong shower, good linens. Plus was a microwave in the room. Breakfast was heavy on carbs with some weird premade (frozen?) omelettes and sausage gravy the major non carb contributions. Good coffee. Additionally the hotel was adjacent to enterprise/nat/alamo rental and half a block from other rental companies . Only real negative was the approximately 20% tax added onto rate (but not hotel driven)

The closeness to the car rental…walk from car rental to hotel next door. Plus the staff was so friendly and attentiveness. I had mad some request for my stay since it was a long drive for a night and a next day flight. Thank you so much. It was so quiet and having coffee 24/7. Didn’t get to try the breakfast because we left property very early.

Nice visit Breakfust was good but it wasn’t enough to feed all the Sunday quest(customers). It needs to be cleaning so everyone could eat breakfast. No one should have walked away without being able to eat bread because the hotel did not cooki enough. Reference was also confusing me more signs to direct customers about condiment and other things that will be desired in a breakfast setting.

I like the style in the comfort of the room. I also like the way that they screen TV with Mansoor to approve if you were in a movie theater.

CLEANLINESS! The room was very comfortable temperature wise and the bed extra comfy. Demetrius was the best! He helped with making sure my booking was correct. Cynthia was just as amazing! I felt welcomed and she made sure to ask on more than one occasion if I was OK and if my accommodations were acceptable.

Nothing really. Covered parking would have been nice, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I was traveling by motorcycle and just so happened a storm came thru overnight.

The front desk staff. They were helpful and courteous. I wish I could rate them separately.

The guy cleaning rooms was… well, creepy. He starred at me far too long when I walked out of my room and then followed me. Later, he simultaneously knocked and walked into my room quickly enough that if I had been changing he would have seen everything. I felt so uncomfortable that I yelled at him and left the hotel. I would not stay there again because of him.
