Really nice experience. Great room, plenty of area to walk around and well designed. Great breakfast, hot eggs and meat with great pastries. Comfortable dining area. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Location was good and nicely accessible from the interstate. Room had a nice fridge and micro waiting and working,

Something kind of out of their control... the parking lot's a bit hilly, The TV was good but not great ( size and the available channels) System to navigate the channels could clearly be improved.

The staff was very friendly, the guests were also friendly. The breakfast was great no complaints. My kids loved the pool and my husband enjoyed his workout in the fitness center. This hotel was clean from the entrance of the hotel to the rooms, no complaints at all. I will be returning keep up the good work.

The staff is AWESOME!! I had an issue with the tub in my room not draining well and due to it being a holiday, the maintenance person was put. They changed my room within a couple of hours as soon as one freed up and they could clean it. They checked on my mom while I was out when she wasn't feeling well. They were so helpful with getting me the information needed to go where I needed to go. They had lysol stands set up everywhere and my new room smelled great!! I used to clean professionally, so I check door frames and the tops of pictures and things like that... No dust! They are cleaning! I would definitely stay again!!

The bathroom floor wasn't mopped and the bathtub wouldn't drain. They QUICKLY addressed and fixed the issues!!! The breakfast options could have been better.

The staff were absolutely amazing from checking in to getting extra supplies and checking out. The breakfast was pretty decent considering COVID. My niece had made a mess with some syrup and I had asked for a rag so I could clean it up, they came over and cleaned it for me. All in all this trip was great, and the staff made it that much better.

Other than the obnoxious kids in the pool so much so that we couldn't enjoy the pool, I honestly have nothing to complain about. The hotel and staff were great.

Saturday breakfast didn’t start until 7:00. I left slightly before that. Display of free snacks available for some members but blue members got nothing. My status wasn’t good enough for $1 worth of water and granola. Besides, there HAS been a pandemic which reduced travel.

Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. The guy behind the front desk was very nice, made a real effort to make us feel welcome. The location was a bit out of the way but we were able to find a relatively affordable Uber to get around. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially if you were planning on going to the World's of fun park across the road.

I wish all hotels could wash sheets in hypoallergenic detergent. These were really bad. I spent my awake time scratching. And occasionally during the night.

Comfy room, friendly staff and parking close to the room. Overall, really clean for how busy the hotel is being so close to all the attractions. Would stay there again.

Bathroom needs remodeled. Mold around base of the shower, rusty hardware on the shower door, and peeling wallpaper above the baseboard.

Great location near our destinations. It was clean and very comfortable! We are spoiled to great water pressure in a shower and this one did not disappoint!

There is never enough wash clothes/towels stocked in the bathrooms but that’s at every hotel!
