I love the fact that there were rugs and not wall to wall carpeting. It felt much cleaner. I love the soap dispensers instead of wasteful mini bottles. Service was excellent, staff was professional but warm and friendly. Service was fast and efficient.

The view is completely terrible and the description was misleading. We expected a city view, not a view of dirt and stationary trains. It was pretty ugly. No local options for food and beverage only fairly boring chains.

Convenient location, clean rooms, The woman who served us Breakfast was an absolute delight and made us a very tasty meal. Kudos for her for going above and beyond. She is a keeper.

The people staying above us came in at 11:30pm and were stomping around. The people next to us came in at 130am and proceeded to have a party in their room. I understand that you do not have control over your patrons; however, the hotel was not even close to full. We would appreciate it next time if you did not put all your customers so close together. I got less than three hours sleep.

The bed was very comfortable & overall the room was very comfortable. It was very convenient to the NKC Hospital which worked for my needs.

I tried to get hot water in the bathroom sink around 9:30 p.m. I literally let the water run for 5 minutes & never got even warm water. The next morning I got hot water right away. The shower door leaked out onto the floor. I ended up using both towels & a hand towel to soak it up off the floor.

Our shower leaked onto floor below safe, ckeckin staff not overly friendly or very helpful, ran out of coffee and cups by 8:30, had trouble getting someone to refill

It was a great place to stay! The bed was super comfortable and the staff very friendly!

I wish there was a breakfast. We are not big breakfast eaters but usually have something small so we usually had to leave just to do that. The pillows were a lot to fluffy for us too. Our heads sank right through them.

I liked the atmosphere and decor of the hotel. It was nice to walk in to.

I was under the impression when I booked that there was a restaurant inside the hotel. That is one of the reasons I chose it. We were in the car for about 10 hours and didn’t want to have to continue to drive around looking for a restaurant.

Did not use breakfast services. We had hoped for a complimentary breakfast— even if minimal selections.

I purchased a margarita and the bill was $12.00 +\-. The gentleman at the bar was very personable, but when the drink was mixed, it only filled less than half the glass with ice included. He continued to add ice until the drink came closer to the top. There was just a few sips in the glass. Not a good value for the money.

I liked the area. Close to all downtown KC amenities. Also across the street from my grandaughters apartment. Young funky vibe, but loved the bar and lobby area. Great beds and linens.

Interiors seemed a bit dark. Maybe a bit "trendy" for some. But I liked it.

I loved how close I was to everything. I was in a great location, still very close to the airport, and close to my family .

I loved the layout of the room. the bed, sheets and pillows were top quality. I loved the climate control thermostat.

There is nothing that I could say that I did not like. the free morning coffee was strong and good.
