Holiday Inn - Kansas City - Northeast, an IHG Hotel

It was clean and the location was really good too.

The hotel has a restraunt and bar. However on the second nite we stayed, we decided to stay in to eat there. We waited for about 30 minutes and saw that the bartender was the only one out with four customers at the bar but was making conversation with them. My husband then went to go and try to get her attention and looked at the menu, she looked over and did not even ask or care to see what he or we needed. The menu looked pretty good and wanted to see for ourselves but the bartender and whatever staff she have, lost business from us. Would not recommend this hotel if the bartender is more interested in flirting services vs doing their job.

The bathroom was super-clean. The shower was large, with sleek glass doors. I loved the small piece of art on the bathroom wall; refreshing, nice, uplifting touch. The room was also clean; bed and linens comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast staff were especially friendly.

Nothing. It was a nice, new hotel with modern furnishings and friendly staff.

The building is really nice. The room was comfortable. I liked the mattress. I got a good night's sleep.

Walls were thin. I asked for a late checkout in the morning and was given one but they cleaned the room anyways while I was gone. Realizing their mistake, I was still able to get back in. The restaurant was closed before I was able to get there to use it.

Very nice location, near a lot of attractions. Very clean and nice, breakfast was incredible, everyone was nice.

I wish the pool and hot tub were ready when we got there but I booked knowing it was out so I can fault them for that.

The hotel and location were amazing. Smiles and helpful were given by everyone there from the front desk lady (she was extremely friendly), the two ladies behind the bar served up amazing drinks and conversation. Definitely will be staying here again and suggesting to friends and family

The room was very clean and roomy. Easy check in. Complimentary coffee and water. Good location, except for traffic noise.

No hot water at sink faucet. Beds and pillows too soft, no support. Could hear people walking around in the room above ours.

I could not locate the side doors with key access where parking was. Our switch and light inside the door appeared to be a broken led light that did not work. Made room entrance dark.

The staff was so friendly and courteous! They were very sweet! Room was clean and included hot breakfast was great!

The shower/water pressure wasn’t great and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The hallway by us had a weird smell.

Lovely staff. Restaurant was great food, clean and the service was wonderful.

Our bathroom shower head was broken and had no pressure. Pool room was dirty. Fingernails, hair, etc on the floor.
