The beds were comfy, the front office staff were really nice, the pool was inside, there was a hot tub, and the full breakfast offered had enough variety to keep all 4 of my children happy and fed.
The hot tub had some gravel in the bottom.

The staff was amazing. They helped us with numerous things which helped out trip immensely. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

it had hairs in the shower and the kids went to the pool and it was dirty. we went the next morning back to the pool and it had been cleaned.

The customer service was absolutely awesome!!! Our room was super clean as was the entire hotel. My kids and I were able to enjoy the pool both night and LOVED that the water was warm!!!

Always comfortable and good breakfast. Nice decor.
Our room was 49 degrees and took 3 hours to warm up. But it was negative 30 outside. The pool area was freezing also and the pool was too cold to swim.
