My lady and I loved the fact that we were originally placed in room 139 close to an exit, when we paid and went to drop off our things into the room it was a bit of a mess still, even when told about it.. they said it would be ready when came at check in, which was 2pm. When we went to the reception desk to discuss the situation we were approached by the owner himself which was a relief, he took the matters into his own hands and made the situation from a weird one to an excellent one. Changed us rooms and was very respectful about it. We don't remember his name. But we were moved to room 153. A beautiful room!! .. love the atmosphere there, thank you so very much for the support you showed us.

Very nice area, also near every store and food place! Love how the rooms comes with a mounted flat screen tv directly pointed at your bed while having all the streaming platforms to chose from! Beds are super comfortable with fresh clean sheets, not to mention how clean the rooms are too, pool area was a plus too, been there multiple times and never disappoints at all, staff are really chill laid back people, always there to help you out!

That the key cards to open the key card door won’t work sometimes, either a dead keycard or key card door won’t open due to the lack of the sensor not detecting/reading the key, had to go up front multiple times from this to get a new card, I really do think they can improve on this further which would be amazing!

Everything including breakfast was very good! Kids love the pool & waterslide… that’s a plus. Staff is polite & friendly! I give a special thanks to Sonjay; he was very helpful, friendly, kind, & always pleasant & we were always greeted with a a friendly welcoming smile. On the day we left I even gave him a hug, and I think him for everything. You need to hire more people like Sanjay. He is pretty amazing.

Everything was good. The only thing was the construction that was going on on the street entrance but other than that I have no complaints at all.

I love coming here. It's quick easy. And convenient. Love the pool facilities.

It seems to be lacking in the housekeeping section... hair up the walls. Crums on floors and in drawers. Shower curtains gross. I stay here alot. It's conveniently located near family. And the pool and staff are amazing. But you need to properly train your housekeeping or find someone willing to do the job correctly. I've worked the hotel industry for many years. Its not even up to code. The tub looks clean besides walls. But when you run your finger along the side. Soap scum. And or just wiped out bleach. It needs scrubbed. Shower curtains are nasty. I'm glad I always bring my own cleaning supplies for this reason. So i will continue my stays. Just letting whome ever know. I shouldn't need to clean my own room...

Some front desk employees were nice. One house keeping lady was helpful.

No comfortable chair in the room. The chair that was in the room made my pain worse when I used it. I deal with chronic pain and wanted a comfortable chair to relax. All of things could be fixed like the shower not hooked to the wall. Being charged for the safe I never used. I'm homeless and I'm on a tight budget. 1.50 a day adds up. It seems like motels are nickel and dining us all the time.

The hot breakfast bar was a plus so that we didn’t have to eat at McDonalds, the bed was comfy, room was clean and spacious. The night clerk was friendly and helpful and he offered to cancel a future reservation that I had mistakenly booked online instead of for that night.

A lower price would have been cost effective for us since we had to book $200 rooms at our national park destination.

We did not use the pool, but it was pretty large. The room was a standard motel room. It was not cramped. It contained a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave oven and two queen size beds. The lobby area was large and included the breakfast area. with adequate tables and chairs. There were also vending machines in the lobby area.

It took quite some time to check in. The city had an electric power failure causing servers, routers, computers and printers to shut down. We never were able to access the free Wi-Fi. There were no restaurants within easy walking distance from the motel.

The grandkids loved the pool & slide. The breakfast was good.

The door was hard to close. If you needed to step out to get ice, for example, the door swings open over 1/2 way. Had ants in the room when the kids dropped a french fry the night before.

Booking . Com was not accurate on the price I thought I booked a room with two beds and it was one for 98$ it said pet friendly then they added pet fee I wanted to cancel but they said I couldn’t cause I went through booking.com we traced for my daughter surgery.

The room was comfortable, smelled nice, we enjoyed our stay. I went swimming, even went off of the waterslide, the water was nice. Everything was exceptional.

We loved everything. There was nothing we didn't like.
