if we weren’t out by the crack of dawn( early) room cleaning was not done we always put do not disturb on the door as we get ready to go out as they are cleaning our floor.. most hotels staff will come back once we leave and tidy the room etc ( we do take the do not disturb sign off the door) not once did they come back to clean….. we always were out in the morning…. also internet kept cutting out

Friendly staff, very nice large room, facilities very nice and clean. Loved having coffee available in the lobby area 24 hrs. The breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel ever!

Pillows were not comfortable. Pretty flat. The night we checked in there was no hot water. Told the hotel was at 70% capacity and that was probably why. I suggest getting more or larger hot water tanks to accommodate the whole hotel.

Check-in staff was really nice! Room was well equipped with a large desk, loveseat, coffee table, etc. I liked how the mini-fridge and the microwave were contained in a cabinet. Bed was super comfy. Huge TV! Big bathroom; nice vanity with lots of space for toiletries. Yummy hot breakfast with plenty of options.

Overall a tad dated. Carpet in the room was stained. Nothing awful, but for the price I was expecting a bit nicer furnishings and overall cleanliness.

We were here for my daughter's surgery, and the ladies at the desk were very cooperative in placing us and having the room available for us even though the Fair was here at this time. The breakfast was good and hot, entire place was very clean and our room was excellent. Maids did a great job when I asked them to come in to replace towels, make beds, etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were very cozy. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean! I really enjoy having coffee maker in the room. The breakfast had lots of options. Eggs and sausage were good.

Liked that it had potatoes for breakfast they were just a bit under done. What was cooked was tasty. The pool towels were tiny hand towels, my 6’ husband had to use a few.

Thank you to the great staff at this hotel! Courteous, professional, and super friendly! We called ahead to them hoping they could help us with an early check in as we were bringing in a large group of students for a church conference and I made the mistake of not realizing what time check in was and needed to get in sooner to give the kids time to get ready. I got ahold of Rocky Stone, one of the hotel staff at the front desk and he was incredibly friendly and assured me he would try to help us get into the rooms as soon as we arrived. When we arrived him and the hotel manager were there to welcome us and got us into our rooms upon arrival! This made our trip so much easier! Throughout our stay their staff was a delight to work with and I highly recommend this hotel. Well done Sure Stay! And thanks again!

Rooms (I rented 2, one for me, one for my daughter) were OK but not exceptional. Ditto the breakfast, though it was nice to be able to sit outside on a private patio. When we stayed here a week earlier the staff had forgotten to unlock the door between the patio and the breakfast room, which didn't make me very happy. On the plus side, the hotel had an indoor swimming pool, exercise room and a guest laundry, none of which I used.

I'd had to change my card between the time I made the reservation and the time I checked in. At first the staff didn't want to honor my new card; they had to call their supervisor to approve the changed card. The staff said the problem originated at Booking.Com. Since I recall that the Booking.Com site says that the credit card number is *only* for securing the reservation, there's obviously a problem here and I think that Booking.Com needs to get its act together.

Coffee maker looked like it could use a cleaning and the on/off button broken, but unit did work. Wall unit did not move much air on low setting and too much on high setting.

Breakfast was great! Staff was great! Roger at front desk went above and beyond giving us full necessities for the week. Hotel was clean.

Pool was ice cold! No one likes a cold pool! This was a disappointment to us not having a warm pool to enjoy each evening. But I could enjoy the small hot tub to a point. 2 different occasions the pancake mix ran out, no hostess available, only the front desk to get it replaced. During the week I'd asked 2 housekeepers to have room vacuumed, but it wasn't done until I asked the front desk. It would've been nice to have some additional dusting or wiping as a courtesy at this time also.

The room was larger than I expected and gave me a lot of room to spread out and work. It was large enough that I was able to do my workout in room rather than somewhere else. The room was clean and I had everything I needed. The staff was accommodating and helped me quickly with all of my needs.

The fitness center was small and, while well equipped, provided little room for me to accomplish my workout routine. The lobby was dated and didn't provide the first impression the room deserved. However, the staff was quick to offer assistance and the room made up for the deficiencies of the lobby in every way.
