Days Inn by Wyndham Billings

Our orginal room we booked was not ready- as the bed and the bathrooms had not been cleaned or made up for a new guest. We had a great reponse from the evening manager/staff fellow. He responded immediately and found another room for us on the same ground floor not far from our original room. It was fine- a ready to check in room. We just had to move our luggage down the hall to the new room.

Just the first room when we checked in was not ready- unmade bed, not a clean bathroom or trashes not empited. It appeared the housekeeping staff did not have the room ready, even though it appeard so for the manager who assigned us that room. He quickly found us another room. He mentioned the facility was having house keeping issues at times. It all worked out and we appreciated the quick reponse.

The room was clean, quiet, and easily accessible for both me and my partner. Each of us enjoyed a hot shower in the accessible shower with the adjustable head. I did miss having a stool/seat, though. The comfortable beds made it easy to get a good night's sleep later. Breakfast next morning was surprisingly complete and varied. I'd been expecting store bought cinnamon rolls and coffee. Instead, I had choices! Cereal (hot or cold), toast, bagel, muffins, eggs, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee, tea, cocoa. Extraordinary! And the staff were very helpful in the morning with our check-out, just as the night clerk had been with check-in the day before. This is quite unusual behavior in hotel/motel staff, I can tell you. They were friendly, professional, helpful, but more than that; they were kind and caring.

Not a thing.

The bed was comfortable and appliances were convenient for us - we made good use of the mini fridge.

The fitness room was a bit odd, with people (workers, it seemed) coming in and out from outside. But not a huge deal. There was a slightly strange smell in some areas of the hotel, but our room was fine.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Front desk receptionist excellent. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Pet friendly and only charged an additional $15. The room had several pieces of furniture and space was so comfy. There was no microwave but we were able to use the one in the dining area to heat up our dinner. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit and more. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to travelers.

Once I found the place it was all I hoped it would be. Good bed, well proportioned bathroom. Helpful staff, good breakfast.

It was hard to find. It was in an industrial park and the signage on the highway was only good enough to point me in the general direction. It's hard to read one's phone while driving so I had to stop a couple of times to reorient myself.

Sweet staff. And the first on a return loop back East from Oregon that had personality. Relatively convenient and quite despite the surroundings. And the first of 4 hotels on that cross country and return to offer a truly hot breakfast!

Honestly the main facilities could have used s good vacuuming but otherwise everything was clean and sanitized. And again while clean, the bathroom was a bit small.

Very home-y, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was great! Breakfast was also good with actual fresh scrambled eggs, good gravy and biscuits. After settling down it was completely quiet, no highway noise whatsoever. Very clean bathroom.

The rear exterior entrance door might not lock. If the exterior doors to the rooms were hung correctly there would be no hall noise either.

The staff was very courteous and efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had plenty of space to move around. The shower had sufficient water pressure and was roomy. The coffee was delicious!

I was disappointed in the breakfast. We thought it would have waffles, toast, bagels, etc. but it was cold snacks. However, they did offer us bottles of water for our outing.

Coffee pot in room didn't work, when I checked my bank account they charged me more than quoted also had an additional charge for 4.95 that I have no idea why when asked they said it had been refunded but still not back in my account.

The area where the hotel is is cozy and quiet. The room was good and the bed was good. We were in town for a concert and didn't need much and this place met all criteria for us.
