Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel and Suites

We had a spacious room with kitchenette on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the Missouri River. Wonderful! The landscaping was beautiful with many beds and pots of beautiful, colorful flowers and sweeping green lawns. The breakfast was very adequate with lots of food, a good variety, all you could eat. The indoor pool was not heated and too chilly for our Texas blood, but the hot tub was nice. Great Falls is a small town, so all the attractions were an easy drive away.

The big blemish to our week was on our last day there, my passport was stolen. We had gone canoeing for the day, I took my passport out of my backpack and tucked it among my clothes in the dresser, and promptly forgot about it. It was after returning home I discovered it was missing, we called the hotel and housekeeping had not found it, so I had no choice but to report it as stolen. It's a shame that a nice hotel in a small friendly town ought to have safes in each room.

Great location with a view of the river! Perfect for morning or evening strolls outside! Beautiful room, lobby and decor. Everything was clean and comfortable! Staff did an outstanding job and everyone was friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect for us. Location, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great. The breakfast was good and the views of the Missouri River were incredible. We watched the sunset over the river and it was gorgeous to see.

Breakfast was good. Room was excellent except for the bed. Being on the ground floor was excellent. was able to go out the sliding door and sit on the patio to watch the river. Jacuzzi was great after long day of seeing the attractions.

Bed is ready for replacement. Right hand side had a big dip in it. 1st night was rough until I figure out how to sleep around it. Lucky it was a King size bed. If the bed had been smaller I would have asked for a different room.

Everything went well, all of the staff were so helpful and accommodating, they gladly accepted my requests without any hesitation. I used the fire pit area every night and they were always very glad to light it for me. The breakfast area was always so very clean, lots of options and tasted very good. I will definitely be back. The view overlooking the river and the sunsets was fabulous.

I do not know what you could have done any better, everything was great

It was all quite wonderful and more than we had expected. Having the river right there was a bonus. I grew up here and it's been a bit of a shock to see all the many places I went to before, gone. The reason for our travel was not a glorious reason but our stay was. Thank you too all. L. Bonnell

I'm at a loss for words. When we asked, we received. The grounds were nice to walk, the hot tub helped me sleep, the breakfast room gave a pleasing offer, and your staff were accommodating. Family still lives here so we know where to come now when in need of a good night's sleep. L. Bonnell

They were friendly and welcoming. I will stay here again and again. When we checked in there was an older lady behind the desk and she was absolutely amazing!

Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good location with restaurants nearby.

I loved the big tub and the balcony view. Also the bed and pillows were amazing! I take care of my grandmother who has dementia so it was a much needed get-away with my husband.

The outlet on the side of the bed nearest the couch wouldn't power on my cpap machine that might be an issue. Also the TV in the bed area randomly turns off. But it didn't make a huge difference. Next time I'm in town I'm staying there again.
