Staybridge Suites Great Falls, an IHG Hotel

The entire stay was a pleasant surprise. They had complimentary Dinner Monday-Wednesday and the Wednesday meal that we arrived for wad outstanding. The room was enormous, and was a great value. We especially liked the option of the kitchen area. The Breakfasts were absolutely full service, with something different cooked each morning along with the regular breakfast staples. I will be staying at the Staybridge from this point forward anytime I travel to Great Falls.

The only complaint I had was one night at 3:30 am, someone in the hall was extremely loud (sounded like they came back from a bar or were intoxicated, but I did not check for sure so cant say). They did keep me up for around 15 minutes before they finally made it to their room.

Everything was excellent. The staff were kind and friendly. It is a very safe environment. The breakfast was very very good. The fresh fruit was excellent. The weather was nice so I could sit at the picnic tables at the back of the property overlooking the river! Quite delightful. Parking was great. My only disappointment was the swimming pool. It was nice and clean, but there were no large towels and it was busy and there is no natural sunlight except for through two small side windows. Bonus points though: it has a washer and dryer available for guest use and the area was really well maintained and clean. One really cannot ask for more in a hotel. Overall, I think it was fairly good value for money. And I also know that staffing issues are a huge problem so kudos to everybody who shows up and puts their heart into their work. I am grateful. It would’ve been nice to have an on-site restaurant.

Great location. Next to Missouri River. There is a park that is right behind the hotel you can explore. Close to several water falls. The hotel has a nice outdoor sitting area with bbqs. Japanese restaurant with great food right across the parking lot. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. They offer light meal at dinner time mid week days at the lounge area. Love this place.

Railroad tracks between hotel and the river disrupted the quiet tranquil feeling. The room shook when a train rolled by.

There is so much to like about this hotel, especially its lovely grounds and beautiful patio. Free breakfast, fruited ice water in the lobby, comfortable bed and furnishings in our suite, free washer and dryer use, small but adequate indoor pool and fitness center, friendly and responsive staff, clean common areas. We very much enjoyed being next to the new West Bank Park along the Missouri River. The only things about our stay that were a negative were the proximity to the railroad— trains passing by blasted their horns long and loud at all times of the day— and the thoughtlessness of some dog owners (the hotel is pet friendly) who allowed their dogs to bark for hours on end.

Management was helpful in resolving a booking error on my part.

Like I said, I made an error in selecting the date for our reservation. Booking.com said I would receive confirmation from the Hotel, the Hotel said I should contact the “third party” for that confirmation. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I forwarded Booking’s email to Becky w Staybridge, and over a period of days, and I am sure no small amount of effort on her part, I received confirmation of our reservation.

While we could have had more choices and variations in breakfast, Lloyd who got everything ready, made sure the buffet was always full was awesome! The front desk was also very nice and helpful. Cleaning service was prompt and did a decent job.

The temperature control in the room did not seem to work properly. Also, the cleaning crew could do a better job making the bed.

The breakfast and Monday - Wednesday evening snacks were great! The staff that provided the meals were exceptional. On our last day, our son got to choose the breakfast meal for the day and they "reserved" a table for us. It was above and beyond. Heidi and CC were their names and they were wonderful!!!

The jacuzzi was out of order the entire time we were there! The pool and jacuzzi are a big part of the reason we stay there as a family and it was a bummer that the jacuzzi was broken the entire time we were there.

The courtyard was beautiful. The breakfast was good. We had a grey set for space among us. The location to our family we were visiting was great.

The smell of dog hit us in the face every time we walked in. A couple of the cabinet doors were crooked on the hinges. Some of the dishes were placed in strange places. Some were still in the dishwasher and some were stored in the microwave. There was a water pitcher with water in it from the previous people in the refrigerator.

The check in staff was very friendly.

We had to get to a swim meet at 645am. We went down to get some breakfast. Most stuff was set out and ready but one lady said we couldn't get anything because breakfast didn't start until 730. She was quite rude. Very disappointing as the breakfast is one of the best.

yogurt bar was terrific! muffins were very tasty! pool, hot tub and gym were great! friendly staff! all was wonderful!

I can't think of anything I didn't like except the price
