The Great Falls Inn By Riversage

- Staff was all so friendly - We had a 4th floor queen bed + double bed room, everything was spotless & beds were comfy - Luggage carts available - Great breakfast spread: hot items rotate every other day one day is eggs sausage & potatoes, next is eggs biscuits & gravy. Then there's cereal, bagels, toast, a sweet pastry, yogurt, a fruit, & oatmeal packets. - Free movie theater popcorn after 2pm. - Free coffee & tea available most of the time. - Very pet friendly, our dog was $10/day, nice big yard out back, and great mile long walking trail at Sand Hills Park close by.

Only minor complaint, water pressure in our room could have been better.

This hotel was outstanding!! Extremely clean!!!! Lady who checked us in has the best customer service I have seen in a LONG time, and I have been a Manager in customer service based businesses for 25 years. She is they type of person I would hire for top of the line companies and strive to hold onto. I wish I caught her name. Breakfast was fantastic! Hot food, good coffee, nice staff. This was the cleanest hotel I’ve seen. We felt safe and welcome, beds were comfortable, good blankets, and they offer you fresh popped popcorn when you check in which my husband loved after driving all day. 20 stars!! Well done people!

Could use some upgrades. You can see they are on top of touching things up like paint and such but you can tell there are lots of layers of paint and things are being retouched or fixed for many years but it’s time to renovate and update now. But very well kept considering. I will definitely be back in August.

The location was perfect for my sister’s cancer treatments. It was just a few minutes walk to the Sletten Cancer Center. The room was comfortable and quiet which was important after the treatments. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was satisfactory for our needs. Overall a comfortable stay during a difficult cancer treatment.

Breakfast was good but could have had more fruit options and some yogurt. The workout facility was pretty minimal and was in the basement, which was a little creepy, but did provide the necessary equipment.

This property was maintained and the staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast could be upgraded. Overall I would give this property a high grade of 5 stars. I would highly recommend this restaurant Jakers another 5 star . Thank you. Mr Lucy

Very clean .

We were pleasantly surprised, it was nicer than we expected. The hotels was clean and modern. The room was clean, comply, and had extra seating besides the bed. The bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was adequate in size and taste, no complaints. Staff was friendly and they had fresh popped popcorn.

Nothing. Of course we had just been camping in Yellowstone for three days

Very clean and quiet accommodations near a hospital. Nice tub and well maintained. Jakers was a great restaurant nearby and recommended. A great value

The hotel feels a bit institutional and decor is bland. Breakfast was chaotic. Staff at checkin was having a bad day or needs a new career. Older lady at checkout was fabulous. Positive overall however, would recommend.

Great front desk staff! Chatted with one of your housekeepers that was stripping rooms across from us. She asked how our stay was with genuine professional inquiry. I said the room was great, nice and clean. She said she was not the one who cleaned our room and that she would pass it along as she normally worked in laundry. To this I replied, we loved the towels, sheets and beddings the smell of well bleached crispy starch and clean feel. It was fantastic to check into a 67 hotel room!

The staff were great , the place was great, although the placement of the hotel was a bit off the beaten track. There was a water issue that cause a bit of inconvenience. What can you do? Things break. The hair dryer was a mystery to make it function. The staff was great to come to my room and explain how to reset it. Breakfast was good .

It was very quiet, off any main streets. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the linens and towels were good quality. The lobby was bright, clean and updated, the hallways were clean and I loved that they had the windows in both the lobby & hallways open, letting in fresh air. There were also nice, big, healthy plants everywhere. Nice hotel!!

The breakfast room was extremely small & the breakfast itself wasn't much, very little selection.

Even though we were next to a large hospital the room was very quiet. Everything was clean and the front desk was helpful. This was one of thee best nights of sleep my family got on our vacation. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was OK. They provided some omelets and pancakes precooked that could be warmed up in a microwave. The dining area was small so we took our breakfast back to the room. There was also many cold breakfast items such as cereal and pastries.

More breakfast fruit items apples, oranges and bananas would have been nice.
