Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites - Great Falls

Rooms were a great size - very spacious, and staff were very accommodating. Everyone was very welcoming. Beds were quite comfortable, and having a fridge/microwave were a nice plus. The TV had a very good variety of stations, although the remote took some figuring out. Decent variety for the complimentary breakfast and the pool/hot tub were appreciated.

The breakfast ends at 9AM on weekdays. With a noon checkout, it would be nice if it ran later. The hot tub was very foamy on the second night, I am guessing that was due to the chemicals needed to maintain the water, but it was unappealing. Pool towels could be a little bigger. A little weird not to have daily housekeeping, but not a huge issue either way.

Was clean and easy access.Room was much bigger than expected and very comfortable.

Only disappointment for me was that someone arrived late in the room above me and must have been pet friendly.The people were very loud and it seemed they let the dog run around for awhile.Woke me up at 1 in the morning and was loud for about an hour. Maybe they didn’t have a choice where to put them but didn’t seem like the hotel was very full so would be nice if when people arrive so late they would be put further away.Only negative part for me but maybe beyond their control.

The rooms were clean and quiet.

I did not stay that Sunday due to a scheduling conflict on my part...Told the staff on Saturday and Sunday morning and they told me they would cancel the room but I had to go through Hotels.com for a refund. I notified Hotels.com but they did not respond. Since I purchased the room via paypal, I guess I'll dispute it there...there has to be a way to rectify this especially when you notify everyone as soon as possible.

It was a perfectly located for Great Falls International Airport. The staff were lovely and a nice breakfast was available in the morning. I don't recall there being any shower gel in the bathroom, but that was not a problem for us. There were 2 Gas stations right by which was great as we were returning a rental vehicle at the Airport.

Perhaps some sachets of shower gel would have been nice, but nevertheless the facility was clean which was more important.

Even though the facility was relatively older, they made a good job keeping it clean. Not an easy task but they did it. Swimming pool was well designed for families with kids - warm and shallow water. The area looked safe too. Breakfast was not bad.

After Covid most hotels don’t clean rooms and replace towels, coffee pods, etc. But most bring new towels and coffee when you need. Here, you have to bring the soiled towels to the reception to get fresh ones, which was annoying.

Liked the comfy pillows, not lumpy like so many other places. Glad the pool was available.

Enjoyed the folksy attitude of the breakfast room attendant, but someone needs to tell her that the milk dispenser stops working when there's half an inch of milk showing. Felt sorry for the little girl who tried to point this out to her only to be overruled. I had to tilt it to get more than a trickle. She hopped to it when the guy in the wheelchair had the same problem.

The hotel was older but kept very clean and updated. The pool looked super. I did not go in but saw looks of school kids taking advantage. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large having a table and two chairs as well as a sofa. The hotel had in house laundry. Beds were comfortable.

It had a typical buffet breakfast.

Lovely lady on reception... she made us very welcome. We just had a 1 night stay travelling through, but advised us on where we might visit and find a good restaurant in town. Comfortable beds too. Breakfast included which was decent.

No wash basin in bathroom, that was in the main bedroom - a little odd.

Nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean.

We had never heard of this hotel chain before booking the room. We were very pleased to find it. Extremely friendly and helpful staff with good recommendations (and discount coupons) for museums and places to eat. The room was great with a sitting area and a king bed. Exceptionally clean. With covid restrictions the breakfast was pared down, but they also had discount coupons for the Denny’s next door if you preferred. It is located near the airport, just off I15, so very easy access to the city. Airport noise was not a factor.

We have no complaints at all
