Super 8 by Wyndham Helena

The gentleman at the front counter was ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. We stayed here a few years ago and our room and some of the hall stank as well as the older gentleman at the front counter looked at us but sis not greet us and turned his back talking to the other staff ignoring us for a minimum of 5 min. It was not a good experience. We debating giving this location a second chance coming all the way from Hawaii to visit. I am glad we gave it another shot. The staff was friendly. Our room smelled fresh and looked like it had newer carpet and bedding. Has microwave and fridge as well as a closet and drawer area. It could use a painting in areas but over all it was a great stay. We tried the breakfast , they offered waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, coffee, yogurt and 3 diff types of juices. It was a quiet stay. There are other hotels, restaurants, shops and casinos around. Again I am glad we have this place another chance. I wish I caught the young man’s name that checked us In and answered questions we had during the stay.

The staffing, free breakfast, the best bang for your buck, convenience of location.

Rooms were freshly repainted, new floorings, and looked clean and very nice

The prepackaged coffee in the room to be used with the in-room coffee maker was terrible. This was the same problem in the other Super8 we also stayed in, so is a supplier problem. Coffee in the breakfast area was great. Just the prepackaged was bad.

The night clerk melody was awsume kind and and very nice if I had any problem she did what she could to fix if she deserves a raise for dealing with some mean customers comming in

Good value, located just off the interstate. Close to good fast food restaurants and a lounge.

Breakfast finishes at 9:25 it seems - we arrived admittedly late, however food was already cleared (5 minutes early) - it’s just cereal at the end of the day.

It was a nice, clean, and good stay. Friendly staff and breakfast included. We would come back. Free parking.

Bigger bathroom. It was hardly possible to close the door, without stepping into the bathtub.

The management at this property was amazing. Very hard working. Great value product. However the age of the hotel comes with continued maintenance

I’m used to staying in 5 star hotels. But if you are looking for good value this property is a great option

I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes for an employee to show up. I rang the bell twice. there was no person at all in sight. the gentleman that arrived was nice enough but I had difficulty understanding his english. (heavy accent).

The staff was the only thing worth staying here for. I didnt get her name but the lady who checked us in was really patient and way kind. The housekeepers are where its at!!!! They were working so hard with so little.

The building needs some serious updates...even a little paint could go a long way.

The gal melody that worked at the front desk was very helpful and very sweet she goes above and beyond I think she should be considered for a pay raise

The price was cheap in comparison to the market. The rooms were spacious and had microwaves as well as USB ports in the bedside tables.

the bathrooms desperately need a renovation.
