Hampton Inn and Suites - Lincoln Northeast

Location to the wedding we were going to was perfect, breakfast was good and room nice.

They over billed us. We talked to them and was told they fixed it. So they charged our card the correct additional amount but didnt reverse the wrong amount. Talked to them again and they said it would drop off but i told them our charge card had already paid both so how could it drop off. Then they told us they had nothing in their system for the wrong amount or the payment so we would have to dispute it with our charge card company.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great shape. Room was immaculate. no noise from other rooms( thick walls). We didn’t swim but the pool looked super clean and bright. breakfast was impressive and parking our moving truck was a breeze!

I can’t think of one negative thing to say!

Rooms were clean, staff exceptionally gracious.

We booked on-line and it showed a hot-tub available but when we arrived we’re told it was out of order! Also on-line there is no way one can request senior or military discount and clerk never offered one either. Due to medical condition I was really looking forward to the hot tub. That was a bummer for me personally!

Staff was very friendly. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was great.

Wish that there was a sink/mirror outside of the bathroom, so if someone was in the shower, another person could still be using sink/mirror to get ready.

Spacious, good parking and location. Close to Perkins Restaurant which we walked to. Attractive breakfast options, comfortable room, clean. Free cookies, coffee

Stayed at same hotel about two weeks apart and found that one drape in the breakfast room was still hanging loose, marring appearance of a nice lounge space. Small detail to even note.

The breakfast was great - alot of variety. Enjoyed the muffin and cheese omelet. Accommodations were excellent. Expectional staff - very friendly and they honored a special request. Third time staying at this location. Always our go to place to stay in Lincoln.

Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were fantastic. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and the location perfect as it was right off of I-80 and near many restaurants that offered carry out. All staff members were masked and most customers were masked as well so that was a major bonus! I definitely suggest this hotel and would stay again. (We arrived late so some restaurants were closed, but the nearby Perkins is open late, offered contactless pick up and the food was delicious.)

I didn’t like that my confirmation email quoted me a $125.02 and charged me $139,78. I asked and they said they would adjust it but it didn’t happen. Hampton said Booking.com entered that price. I’ve attempted to contact booking .com and have had no results with messages and can’t find a phone number.

The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with many different options.
