Hilton Garden Inn Lincoln Downtown/Haymarket

The entire hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with Pinnacle Bank Arena a block away and restaurants and shopping steps from the hotel. Parking is in a parking garage next to the hotel and there is a daily charge.

I have no complaints. I didn’t like the food from the hotel restaurant, but that was me, not the food.

I liked that the property was close walking distance to the many restaurants and Memorial Stadium.

The only thing I did not like was having to pay extra for parking. We were charged an amount each day that we were there. I think guests of the hotel should not have to pay to park.

the parking situation was a little confusing, beds were not comfortable, vending machines took the money and didn’t dispense drinks, rooms seemed dark and a bit dated, didn’t think it was worth the price overall

Everything was great, as expected.

The price on my bill did not match the price on my online confirmation. I asked that it be changed to match and was initially told that I would need to take it up with the online company. I persisted and the staff member called a manager and it was fixed. So all was good, except it should have matched from the start, shouldn’t have been an issue and should have been corrected immediately without me having to persist.

Love the friendly staff and it was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Room size was fantastic and we loved the patio!

The bed could be better, it felt cheap and hard. Also, the shower head was terrible, poor water flow but the shower itself was very nice.

I had previously stayed at this motel. Very comfortable, clean & the staff is exceptional. Great location. Plenty of places you can easily walk to.

Of course would like a lesser price...

It was a walking distance to Pinnacle Arena. Huge plus since the event I attended was there. The room (King) is spacious. They brought extra pillows and blanket for the sofa bed. Pool was open which was a huge plus!! And the serve breakfast too!!!

There was a street party till about midnight. I couldn’t go to sleep till the loud music was over.

Exceptional location! The parking was convenient and we enjoyed walking through the historic area. In walking distance of cute shops, Pinnacle Arena and fantastic restaurants.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The restaurants were across the street and all within walking distance. Parking was next to the hotel, it was safe and well lit. I rode my motorcycle, it was a perfect place to park and not worry about the bike. $11 to pay at the gate using your credit card, hotel parking pass was $15. The bed was very comfortable and the room looked clean and sanitized. The bar stayed open till 10, friendly bartenders & front desk staff.

Didn't know there was breakfast. The water pressure of the shower was amazing my husband and I both commented. Usually don't see that.

Maybe been told about the breakfast. Vending machine gave us the wrong pops. Our phone was unplugged.
