Best Western Plus Lincoln Inn & Suites

I was late arriving at the hotel but my daughter was on time and they gave my daughter a key and let her in the room we're as a year ago We went to a concert in Lincoln and they did not let my daughter in the room when she arrived on time and I was late and she had to wait and it was cold and I really appreciate that they let her in the room and we're so kind.

the only downfall was the breakfast the 1st morning was not so great I think there's just toast out there or something but to be fair it was Christmas morning so they did not have housekeeping and such on duty and II can understand that other than that the next day breakfast was amazing

Bright light shining in window at night😳 this is our second stay. the front desk person on duty was mopping the floor. hard worker and very pleasant. but only one on duty and seemed overworked. FD clerk was very nice and did not complain or say a word. my observation. Our first experience two young women on duty who I do not think had a drop of experience. but we got checked in to a dirty room. moved to a somewhat clean room. Bottom line things have improved from May 2022.

We always use BW accommodations in our travels. This one is bigger & new. Modern and practical. Room has basic appliances- mini fridge & microwave and large tv. A little sofa and office table & chair perfect for video conferences. Well lighted room with several ambient lamps and big window facing a nice view of open field. Bathroom is spacious and clean with ample sink space. Free basic toiletries. Beds and pillows are clean, soft and comfy.  Carpets is clean and the room smellsfresh. Big open lobby although we didn't use it. We prefer using exit doors especially we are still cautious of Covid. Hotel is keen on  accommodating our request for a quiet room. Pet friendly too. Wifi and water are strong. Location is great, easy access on main road,also near restaurants. Town seems to be new and progressive.  It feels like safe neighborhood.

The breakfast was simple but good. Room was nice and all the hotel seemed very clean

We had asked for 2 additional pillows for our room on our online request. They responded back telling us "no problem" well we checked in and did not have the pillows. I called housekeeping at 4:15 and they stated "we will right up with them" after waiting an hour we needed to leave for our grandson's bb game. Returned to the motel and the pillows never arrived. Reported it to front desk the next morning and she was very disappointed as she was the one that read our request. We did get them later in the day. Bed was not as comfy as I had hoped

Quiet, very nicely furnished common areas. The room was very comfortable. Excellent firm beds. Plenty of room in the double queen for us to spread out. Good computer work area. Even though it’s close to I-80 there was no highway noise whatsoever.

There are no coffee makers in the rooms. I went down to lobby at 5:30am and no coffee anywhere. Manager said it would be out at 6:30. Coffee not out until 7:15. Lots of grumpy folks. The mgr should have made a pot the minute a guest asked about it. I do appreciate that the coffee station is open all day with decaf! Also, the bathrooms should have night lights. The ONLY switch in the bathroom is for a light/fan combo unit. Really blasts a person taking a midnight visit to the bathroom. A simple nightlight would solve this.

Everything was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. The pool was equally clean as the rest of the hotel. Great breakfast. Nice and quite at night. Very little noise heard from outside

The only thing that were noticed was there wasn't any USB plug ins in the room. Not a huge deal just end down the rd and bought a wall plug in for the phone charger

It was clean and featured quality building materials (e.g. solid, heavy doors, sone countertop in the bathroom, etc.). The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker with plenty of coffee. The breakfast was head and shoulders above other places we stayed on this trip even though we are all still confronting Covid.

Some guests did not put on masks at breakfast even though it was required. This was probably mostly due to not realizing this was required.It was nice the hotel had a sign and supply of masks by the breakfa st area, but they could have been displayed more prominently.

For the most part, it is clean, but I think they need better housekeeping at least for our room!

We stayed 4 nights and our sheets weren’t changed at all, the housekeeper only thrown covers back over and didn’t completely make bed with clean sheets. We stayed there 2 yrs ago and sheets were changed everyday. Never vacuumed the whole time. There was a white pill obviously from last ppl who stayed in our room and was still there the fifth morning we left!!! There was no change on breakfast buffet. For everyday, we ate there 3 out of 5 days and it was same. Definitely not like it was 2 yrs ago, when it was changed from day to day (for the hot portion).

Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Room was pleasant. Front desk person when we arrived was OK. Front desk person in the morning was quite pleasant. We have stayed here four times now and will continue to stay here in the future.

We were looking for restaurant suggestions. The front desk person really had nothing to offer. We found something on our own. We could hear running in the hallway early in the evening. Thankful that it quieted down before it became late in the evening.

We stayed in 5 hotels during our trip. The BW+ was the cleanest of them all. BW+ had every convenience the modern traveler expects - cleanliness, helpful staff, all the plugs necessary to run and charge our devices. Most importantly the beds were comfortable.
