Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lincoln Airport, NE

Check-in was quick even with the long line of people doing the same. The check-in clerk was very pleasant. The room was ready and clean The location was good for the venue we attended We did not have breakfast at the hotel. So, no comment on that. Had a surge protector and USB outlets for charging We would stay again.

Perspective from a former room attendant. One of the comforters was very, very wrinkled. Coffee cup stains on top cabinet for frig The bathroom mirror had lots of streaks Bathtub faucet moved to hot during shower. Very hot! The bed near the window: bed rails stuck out, and of course, Shin was attacked several times.

Parking Lot - We were hauling a camper. There was plenty of room for us to park with no concerns Breakfast - tons of good options. Biscuits & gravy scarmbled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, fruit, yogurt, waffles, toast, bagels, juice, etc. Location- we were just passing though, easy access right off highway, didn't have to drive down town with our camper. - 3-4 miles from downtown easy quick Uber ride to get dinner Room - very clean

Breakfast time - Not a make or break, but we are early risers. Breakfast doesn't start till 7 AM on weekends, but they were ready at 6:50, so we got to eat a little early :) Shower - Not a big deal, but shower temperature is difficult to control Wasn't a dislike for us but for travlers awarness there is no restaurants or bars in walking distance of hotel except for mcdonalds

Large room on quiet side, good bathroom & comfy bed. Not so good on outlets for charging. Ok breakfast. Hot food available (eggs, sausage and the waffle maker every hotel has). Good enough when the price is right.

Parking lot. I arrived near midnight after a long day driving. There were people sitting in an old car smoking next to first space i pulled into. I moved to another. Lady sitting out in front smoking, and area seems to be in decline by highway. Weeds, driveway is dilapidated. Appearances matter, and I guess that's why they have almost no pictures of the outside. But my car was not bothered, regardless of bike visible inside.

Many motels have forgotten that FOOD is a very important part of HOSPITALITY. Country Inn has NOT. Chris very capably ran the breakfast kitchen by himself, keeping up a variety of entrees last Monday morning, 4-25- 23. Sausage and scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, English muffins, bagels, fruit juice, and the list goes on and on. By far the best desk staff, maintenance, and house keeping of any place we stayed during 6 nights away from home! And they did it for $70 on a Sunday night, so it was very nearly the least cost, and certainly the BEST VALUE. I cannot say enough good about this place. I'm SO GLAD that I chose to reroute through 80 instead of 90. I would stay at this place again in a heartbeat!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

It was nice and clean and quiet!! The staff was very nice and friendly. They were willing to go out of their way for you. I spoke with the front desk people(all shifts), laundry, and kitchen and all friendly They always had 3 types of coffee, and nice refreshing cold water in the lobby. The managers were very friendly also. I loved the location. I would recommend this place. And I will stay here again if I am ever in the area. Oh and they allow pets!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the scrambled eggs. They seemed to be way over done. They definitely didn’t look appetizing

Hotel was very clean, room was very nice, comfortable, & quiet!

The morning I was to check out, had a knock at the door , roughly around 9:15 - 9:30 am. Housekeeping seemed surprised when I answered the door, then proceeded to asked “what the plan was, when I was planning on checking out! In the following 1 1/2 hrs, two additional Housekeeping ladies came knocking at the door. These two were very apologetic for thinking that they had disturbed me. Not quite as “ brazen “ as the 1 st Gal. At least they knocked 1st before just letting themselves in with their master key! I was just a little surprised.

The breakfast was good but small. Would have been nice to include bacon or sausage with the eggs. Otherwise good. The staff was incredible and ready to provide any service required.

My heating-air-conditioning unit would not cool. would not cool, I opened the small terrace door for ventilation. The desk clerk tried to fix the unit to no avail. They made things right by taking 50% off my second night rate. But concern and help was admirable. I will stay there again and will recommend it to friends.

Clean, well maintained. Room was large with an extra sofa bed available. Quiet, couldn't hear other rooms. Very good lighting. Housekeeping daily. Plenty of electrical outlets. No USB ports. Breakfast the standard carbs and more carbs.

Heater malfunctioning. Was very cold when arrived. Then got too hot and stayed that way. Even turning it down didn't work. Finally turned it off. No plug in sink. Staff at front desk marginally polite. Spoke if you spoke first. Coffee is awful...both in room and in reception area.

I hadn't stayed at a Country Inn & Suites in several years, and it's clear the chain has undergone a major "facelift" since the acquisition/re-branding as Country Inn & Suites BY RADISSON. They are clearly aiming for a higher level of clientele, but I was still able to book a room during the week for a very reasonable price at this location near the Lincoln, NE airport. The look of the hotel, comfort of the room, and quality of the hot breakfast were all excellent.

The location might be the only downside of this particular site, depending on what you are looking for. Want a location that is literally adjacent to the airport property? You should stay here. If instead you want to stay somewhere close to a number of restaurant options or closer to downtown/UNL, this isn't the location you're looking for. There are a number of out-of-business restaurants in the vicinity, so you'll need your own car if you want to get a bite to eat and drive a few minutes into town.

the affordability, cleanliness, and free delicious breakfast.

some of the utilities in the bedroom weren’t working right. the AC/heater unit kept running despite being set to a certain temperature to turn off at. and I got really cold in the blankets while the ac was running in the middle of the night. i would expect that the blankets need to be better at keeping guests warm. the shower curtain rod was also wonky. it was leaning off its wall hinges, but at least kept the curtain up. everything else was great :) price can’t be beat.
