There is no option of food (no on-site bar/grill/breakfast), there are 2 vending machines on main floor (1 for food, 1 for drinks). Lincoln was not busy when we stayed (no events going on), so we had no problem finding a parking spot, which is an attached non-covered lot and the first 3 rows closest to hotel are reserved for its guests, but the rest of the lot you will get towed b/c the spaces don’t belong to the hotel. It is very close walking distance to about anything on M/N/O streets. The hotel was quiet, clean. The air conditioner cover was broke but the actual air worked great. The shower curtain was ripped few spots on the top but it was all clean, shower pressure was good and water was hot. No pool or hot tub (but we knew this.) Fridge worked and was clean. We didn’t use the other appliances. Bed was very comfortable. You can have animals here but we did not hear any barking. Will stay here again.

The guy said there was no breakfast the only weird thing was some guy was outside of my room listening trying to be a peeper I don't know who he was but I hit the door cuz I saw a shadow underneath the door then were the two weird things about it otherwise it was all right

very near UNL campus, Capitol building, and maybe 1/2 to 3/4 miles from Haymarket. Great place to stay for graduation, football games, concerts at Pinnacle Bank, and so forth. Has a kitchen for each room, so make your own breakfast.
Don't expect amenities like the other hotels nearby. For example, the facility is older, there is no free breakfast, no pool, and so forth. This is for people who want a place to stay and can take care of themselves in exchange for being less than 1/2 the price of name brand hotels.

The staff was phenomenal I am traveling with an elderly female and the staff have been wonderful. The beds were so comfy. The property is located in downtown area and I felt very safe here! Perfect would stop here again!!

cheap and decently close to Haymarket district. we walked to all the wrestling sessions at the arena. it took about 15-20 minutes to walk it. easy and flat.

Toilet to low. I have a bad hip and knee. To hard to get up and down. Remote is hard to maneuver. Got to point it a certain way to the box on the wall NEXT to the TV. Can't really do it from the bed.
