Very nice and clean hotel, with an excellent location. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a nice view. I did not use the gym and the pool, but both at least looked nice. The staff was super friendly.

The breakfast was below average, and I would expect more for this kind of hotel. The valet parking is slightly odd because it does not work at night. One of my colleagues was promised a breakfast bag because of a super early departure, but in the lobby, the person just said: "Oh, sorry, I found the note but ...:" It is a brand new hotel, so there is still a little bit of room for improvement. The windows a not really sound-proof so it can become a little bit noisy during the night next to the street.

Staff in housekeeping, valet and front desk all very attentive and handled our needs immediately. Easy access and location was good. Facility inside and out clean and appealing. Outside noise could be heard but very seldom did we hear noise and people in the hallway or to either side of our room.

VERY FIRM Bed was tall had difficulty getting in and out, pillows mush down to nothing. The room lacked a comfortable chair & the only table was desk at wall, not suitable for two people eating a takeout meal at the same time. Being on the 6th floor, our shower didn't have much water pressure and shower head was inadequate at all settings.

Brand new, very clean. The staff was very helpful but not very well informed regarding billing.

We stayed 3 nights. Friday and Saturday nights motorcycles raced away from stoplights pretty much from midnight to 4 pm. We were near a fire station so that noise was understandable. Parking must be in short supply because it’s s only by valet. Doesn’t matter how you arrive, Uber, airport limo service etc, EVERYONE is charged $20. a day for parking until check out WHETHER YOU HAVE A CAR OR NOT! We didn’t. Holiday Inn executives need to approach the city council about the motorcycle noise. Until then, they will have very few returning customers! About 3:30 pm each day there was a strange mechanical vibration that lasted 10-20 minutes. We were in room 303. It was very concerning in these days of collapsing high rises.

Loved the floor to ceiling window in the room so you can over look the city. Spacious Rooms. Its a beautiful site at night! Shower was amazing with the pressure of water and the option to turn it to cool mister. Microwave and mini fridge is great to store leftovers from a night on the town.

The price was a little high for a one night stay that we literally just slept and got up and left. But there was a concert in town so it was reasonable compared to other hotels close and this is with in walking distance of the stadium, pinnacle bank arena, and many bars and tourist destinations.

It was the normal fair. It would be nicer if there was something different than the usual fair. With that said, it was EXACTLY as expected and as all other hotels that offer a breakfast.

The staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. It seemed to me like they were just there for the paycheck. Not ideal, as it sends the wrong message to those that are staying on property.

breakfast was great, lots of selections, weight room nice, rooms nice. Value very good.

Staff could have told me that my room facing "O" Street is very loud overnight with traffic. I had to change rooms. Staff should be aware of this and inform residents that that noise problem exists if they put them in those rooms.

I liked the look of the hotel and our room. Staff was friendly.

The fact that we had to pay to park and they add a fee on top of that. Would’ve been more convenient to be able to access our car ourselves. Always had to wait and a tip was expected. The noise level in our room was very annoying. Card, loud trucks and motorcycles all night long.

The breakfast was one of the main highlights of my stay at Holiday Inn Express. It was hot, fresh, and very nicely done. The location of the breakfast was great.

I did not use the hotel's parking facilities but was billed for it. It's over 1 week later and i still haven't been able to get the $50 charge removed from my credit card.

Excellent location the breakfast was very good. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The only minor problem was trying to regulate the air conditioning. It operated well but difficult to find the happy medium.

Hotel was spotless and staff were very friendly. The location is right downtown which is walkable to local restaurants.

Loud cars until 2am driving up and down the roads. We knew there might be an issue when they had ear plugs available 😳.
