Tru By Hilton North Platte

The hotel/room was extremely clean, cute, cozy, modern, and breakfast was great! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion were amazing. Everyone at the service desk was super friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate that the room was so clean, especially in a pet friendly room. Most other pet friendly hotels have less than acceptable rooms but this dog-friendly room was cleaner than other hotels that don't allow animals. Definitely recommend and will only stay here when I'm in the area!

Everything was wonderful, no complaints!

Pool table and sitting area in the lobby was great. Hotel is very nice and clean. Bathroom was huge, really nice to have a shower instead of a tub/shower. Soap and shampoo despencers was a nice touch as well. Fitness center was nice good equipment available.

Other than the bathroom, rooms a little on the small side. Odd to not have a microwave in the room. Food and drinks at the front desk are pretty pricey, sure I would have utilized that more if it wasn't

Location of the hotel was great. Right off the highway and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Room was new, modern and clean. Breakfast the next day was a nice bonus. Not sure when I’ll be back in North Platt again, but if/when I do come back I would definitely stay again.

It's a new hotel so things still work and look nice. The bathroom is roomy and they provide shampoo AND conditioner. And there's enough counter space for your stuff. It's kind of nice that they don't have carpet in the rooms (it's a decent looking fake wood); you can walk around barefoot and not wonder what kind of grossness you're stepping in.

There is no coffee in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to get it.

Really nice decor. Staff super friendly. I needed a garbage bag as my dog soaked his bed. No problem. I love they have large containers of hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash....very eco-friendly.

If we had been there more than 1 night it would have been too small. No closet or drawers. King room was tight.

I love how there are colors and it's not plain. The beds were comfortable. It is definitely designed to be a place of entertainment. There is a pool table, egg shape papasan chairs, and an outside pergola with a gorgeous fire pit. There is also a table outside to play checkers. We missed breakfast, but they do have tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available all day. They are also pretty friendly, we didn't bring a pretty with us, but we heard a few dogs bark in the hall. It is kids friendly.

The water pressure is a bit too intense. It felt like needles searing your skin. Not enough storage.

the only thing we didn’t like was upon check in we asked for room away from Highway and we were given room 230 which was the last room on that floor next to Highway. we even asked the front desk when she told us our room. can you hear the Highway traffic? she said no it’s pretty quiet and it wasn’t. that’s the only issue we had !

I liked the breakfast. They had a full, hot breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The area was clean and orderly. Not only did people clean up after themselves, but the staff made sure the area stayed clean also. The hotel was clean and quiet. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would stay here again.

My only thing would be that there is no ice machine or ice containers. And the ice machine was out of order when we went to get ice. But...the maintenance person was working on it when we were leaving.

We were surprised by how contemporary the hotel lobby and room was - we loved it! The lobby set up was conducive to hanging out, purchasing drinks and food, etc.

I tried calling to make a reservation but a recording said it would be a 25 minute wait. I ended up booking through Booking.com. It would be nice if there were more restaurants within walking distance.

The property was right off the highway which is very convenient. it was very modern with a simplistic feel. extremely clean and no carpet in the rooms which great!

There was an office like chair in the room, wish it was more like a living chair or loveseat in the room. A microwave would be nice too. but, neither is a deal breaker.
