Element Omaha Midtown Crossing

Super comfy, rooms were stocked with wine glasses, bottle opener, mugs, filtered water spout on the sink, dish soap and a sponge, a dish towel, dishes and silverware, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, everything you could think of you may need. The bed was really comfortable. I appreciated how the bathroom products were organic and the hotel was conscious about being eco friendly in reduced plastic use, giving a filtered water spout versus bottled water, and electricity/water conservation efforts. I had to get some work done in the lobby the morning I checked out, and it was a lovely work env with plenty of work space with outlets, and the bfast exceeded my expectations for a typical hotel continental bfast.

I was overall impressed and don’t have anything I didn’t like

Very clean and excellent staff. A/C was out in our room but they quickly swapped us out for another room. Location is good for a short stay, restaurants and bars in walking distance. A small park nearby for the pups was really nice. Not like other hotels where there is a dog area but owners don’t pick up after them, the area was clean with lots of friendly people.

I didn’t like having to pay $10 per car to park, especially after booking 4 rooms.

I liked the location. The bed and pillows were great. The full size fridge was nice. The spaces (lounge and sitting area) were comfortable and easy to access. I liked the QR code access for parking.

The parking seemed a tad high. The TV was surprisingly awkward to operate - with an on/off button on the bottom of the TV and a remote that didn't turn the TV on). The room was generally clean but, attention to details along the edges of the floors and the bathroom wall appeared to be overlooked regularly. The windows (on the 7th floor) didn't do a sufficient job of blocking street noise. The door was difficult for my girlfriend to open (strong resistance in the automatic closing mechanism).

The hotel was in a beautiful setting by the park with restaurants just steps away from the hotel. The Oak Fired Pizza had really good pizza and salads. The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds, and decor that was relaxing, attractive, and tasteful. The hotel staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, especially a young man named Terrel. Every day they had fresh coffee and a snack in the front lobby such as a bowl of fresh fruit and awesome chocolate chip cookie bars. The parking garage was clean and had good lighting. We felt safe even when we returned to the hotel after dark. It was a great place to stay. My husband and I highly recommend it and plan to stay here again the next time we visit Omaha.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Very helpful staff, room was very nice, bed was super comfy. The convenience of the grocery store was very nice. Parking garage has electric car charging station which is always something we look for.

The only thing that I wish was different is the breakfast. The same thing two days in a row was kind of disappointing. Maybe change up the turkey sausage, eggs and hard not so fresh hash browns. Maybe Waffles, Different pastries, Pancakes, Bacon or omelette.

Parking was very convenient but expensive, the grocery store downstairs was great. Shower was spacious with very nice modern rooms with a full size refrigerator. Also the location was great.

The stove top didn’t work which was disappointing. Room 402 if it hasn’t been fixed yet

The room exceeded all expectations. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. A very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Our only complaint was that housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8:30am on a Saturday. We did follow up with the front desk and they assured us that management would be made aware. They agreed that this was not acceptable and it would be discussed.

"On-site" grocery was very well stocked and super convenient. The beds were SUPER comfy! The shower was amazing. The entire hotel was very inviting and staff was great.

Some details were missed in the cleaning aspect. Parking should have been included with room rental. I had to go get my own extra pillows from lobby. My special request was not met, extra pillows.

Shower, bed and room layout was great. Blackout shades were a nice touch. Meat eaters will love the breakfast. Room was spartan but good. Happy hour beer was also nice. Close to dining near by.

There was something funky going on with the wine dispenser. Undrinkable. TV in our room was touchy. Room lighting was too dim for our taste. Needs more healthy breakfast food options.

The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was fantastic! I will stay here again, it was great.

My one issue was how loud everything was outside of our room. We could hear kids running up and down the halls and the cars driving on the street. I will stay here again, it was great.
