the check in process was very fast and efficient. The lady from the desk was very helpful and nice answering my questions.

I’d didn’t have an actual breakfast. only a bottle of water and two muffins

It was very convenient to have a refrigerator and a kitchen basically right in the room. Cook top plus microwave and dishwasher. Room had a lot of space. I liked the that shower curtain rod that bowed out for more space. Everything was visually clean. The room served my purpose and it was adequate for my needs. If I was staying long term for work this room could work though I might ask to check out another rooms to compare for differences.

TV remote was caked with grime, I had to use several lysol wipes on it before it was clean. The TV was a little small to see for the distance from the bed. The bed was a little lumpy. The alarm on the bedside table went off at 5am I hadn’t set it. Some of the furniture appeared like it may have been pulled out of a dumpster, don't get me wrong it's great to reuse and recycle but maybe paint, stain or redo the upholstery for a better presentation. None of these issues would prevent me from stay here again.

Halle at the front desk went above and beyond when I checked in. It was 5 pm, but cleaning staff had not shown up that day, and my room was not yet clean. Halle left the front desk and spent 15 minutes prepping my room. She also was helpful in locating the elevator, as my room was on the 2nd floor, and I have a bad knee which makes doing steps difficult.

Put up a sign on the EXIT door that also indicates the elevator is tucked around the corner - you cannot see the elevator as you walk down the hall.

Clean room, comfy bed, hot water. Room had all the comforts of home. Coffeemaker, toaster, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, dinnerware. Coffee was available in the mornings. Maybe you can start offering something to go with it, i.e. donuts, muffins? Maybe install a vending machine in the coffee room?

Need vending machines in the coffee room.

That everything is very clean & that the staff is very accommodating & friendly.

We've stayed here many times & have always had a recliner chair but the room we got this time was missing the chair, so there was a big empty spot where it should've been. I believe it even says In the description that the room includes one. We also always come to this hotel because we can get a smoking room but because of the construction we weren't able to this time & the last time we stayed 2 weeks ago. Plus the construction workers would start working above is at 6:45am which is way way to early!!!

I have stayed at Main Stay many times my family an home base are in Omaha. I have been traveling back a lot over the last year with my grandson so sick all the time. Once I stayed I did not want to leave I choose Main Stay almost every time. Staff and atmosphere accommodations are perfect I could live there for months! Thank you!

The last few times the full length mirror was missing and a few dishes. Did not realize I use the full length that often butt found I do need that. Having almost full kitchen is one reason I choose Main Stay I hall in a lot of groceries.

Staff. I forget her name?? She came from Colorado and she managed the omaha main stay for the week during my stay. She worked her ass off and was training other new staff members as the new receptionist for that specific location she's a very good multitasker

Very noisy during the weekend especially Saturday night Oct 15th

I enjoyed my stay. I really felt very comfortable. I appreciate especially each staff member. They were warm, professional, responsive. The To Go breakfast bags were practical. Generously packed with delicious goodies.

There was nothing to not like. I was very comfortable.

We appreciated the management giving us a room that we can smoke in without charging us the cleaning fee. We had reserved a smoking room and when we went to check-in, there wasn't one available. We stay at this hotel because of the smoking room availability. This was our 3rd time staying here.

Tried to check in early but was told there was fee to do so. Had to find something to do for two hours. The early check-in fee needs to be noted somewhere on the confirmation.

The staff at the front desk were really nice. I thought the room was very comfortable and I appreciated the extra amenities that come with an extended-stay hotel. The price was very reasonable and it's in a great, safe location.

I wasn't able to turn off the air conditioner/fan. I was unable to adjust the settings on the control panel and I couldn't find a thermostat on the wall. It was a little chilly in the room, but not bad. My only other suggestion is to have curtains that fully cover the window for more privacy.
