The location was perfect. The place was very clean.

We did not do the breakfast, extremely disappointed that it was not included and thought it was. The price was so expensive for getting it and also we did not get new clean towels which was very disappointing as well. WE were there 3 nights and no new towels. bummer

Front desk stafff was so friendly and were able to accommodate an early check in. Housekeeping was great. The bedding felt really clean and smelled nice. Pillows were comfy and fluffy. The gym is very nice, with newer equipment and very clean. This is very close to the Liberty First Arena, so location was perfect for our trip.

The facility needs some updates, especially the pool area. The water was a bit cold despite being indoors and the water was not clean, there were paper fragments and other small trash and it had a very heavy chlorine smell. We never got our Hilton cookies so that was disappointing. 🥺

Very nice room. Very clean hotel. Great price. Besides the pool not being usable it was a great value and I would stay there again and again.

Pool was closed for "maintenance" most of the first day we were there. However, kids were swimming. I was told they weren't allowed to, which I believe, as they were removed. However obviously the pool wasn't under maintenance if people were swimming. My room was "upgraded" to a suite which was very nice but only worked because it ended up just being me using it. Had my kids stayed in the same room the pull out couch would have not been an "upgrade" from a second queen bed.

Location was just what we needed. continental breakfast was very good with great service, Comfortable bed. Wake up call really helped. Cookies & water were a nice touch.

Room could have had some brighter lighting, clock did not have the right time and unable to adjust, hair dryer not very warm, would like more counter space in bathroom - really narrow (but that is most places), pillows could could have been thicker - were a little to flat for me

Well maintained and lovely staff. Location was great, restaurant was good. Not to much on the variety and a little pricey for the items but great service and tastes good.

We just had a few problems with our room, no room service menu, air conditioning didn’t work well at all, plus is was very humid in our room which I suspect was from the pool below us. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work either so it was twice as humid after a shower. The staff did say we could move room but by that time is was after midnight so there just wasn’t any point by then. I hope the few minor things are addressed for future guests.

The hotel desk person when I checked in, personally showed me where all the amenities were located. In the morning when I checked out, she was back again and just a warm and friendly along with her colleague. Lobby was very clean, my room appeared very clean, the bed was comfortable. In the morning I saw staff everywhere cleaning the hotel including the windows and the work out room. The work out room had great up-to-date equipment, plenty of clean towel, sanitation wipes and fresh water dispenser. There was plenty of self sanitizing items located around the hotel too. I did not eat breakfast, so can't comment.

the refrigerator in the room hummed, so I unplugged it. Fortunately I didn't have to use it.

Friendly staff, cookies & water, Vida restaurant food & staff were excellent, clean vast entry, looks like a great place for large meetings/gatherings, quiet rooms & quiet location even tho it’s in a bustling traffic area of Omaha

Our room had popcorn on the floor (not from us) & stains in the carpet, toilet paper wouldn’t stay on (fixture broke out of wall) & furniture (desk) had damage. Room just needed some TLC fixes & housekeeping missed vacuuming & noticing the minor repairs it needed. Why is pool still closed?

The location, bed was comfortable Room was spacious

Carpet was worn and wrinkled in different areas.The TV wasn’t to accommodate my daughter PS5. The IT person was clueless on how to help hook it up. House keeping wasn’t going to change one of our comforters after letting it drag on the floor.

Location was great for what we went to do. Very easy to find and to get back on the interstate. Staff was awesome!

My room I was in needed deep cleaned. Chair needed a clean. Drink bottle under couch. Side table dirty on bottom. The rest of the room was spottless! None of the things I've pointed out affected our stay. Your staff was awesome!

The staff was amazing. I let them know that it was my daughters birthday and the staff decorated the room so cute. everyone was very nice and sweet, kind, and friendly. room was exactly how it should have been very clean. lots of places to gather outside of your room. Really nice sitting areas. and the pool area is great. I will definitely stay here again.
