Loved the pool, beds were comfortable, good shampoo etc, great kitchen

I don’t like having to pay more when I get to a hotel. It feels like your being sneaky. When I booked online, it said taxes and fees were included and I was done. Then when we got there we had MORE fees. That they wouldn’t give us our room if we didn’t Pay. So it’s just not very honest. Or upfront. Just charge what your going to charge… Don’t be sneaky

Room was spacious, but the place itself was a little outdated. Great location with lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. I don't visit the Las Vegas strip, but Red Rock Canyon is close is you like to hike, see nature, etc. However, the location is about 3 1/2 miles from the Strip making the location great if you want to visit there. Limited indoor parking at location, but plenty of spaces outside. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room needed updating.

Stayed here 3 different non-consecutive nights because of last minute travel changes. Each time, check-in/check-out was super easy. Like that it is now part of the Hilton chain where I am a member.

Not crazy about the sales pitch, for what I assume would be vacation packages, given after my first check-in. it was a little too long but at least not too much pressure.

We enjoyed the suite with a full kitchen. We also ate at the onsite restaurant and the food was delicious. Our room had a balcony facing the pool and the staff was phenomenal.

A resort fee was collected per night when we arrived at the property. Additionally to have the room cleaned there was a $70.00 charge. I was confused as to why these things were not included in the quoted price from Booking.com.

The bath tub in the king suite was amazing.

The staff are friendly and the resort is beautiful! The pool and hot tubs were absolutely amazing. The Suite was spacious with extra large bath tubs and the balcony was very roomy. The kitchen was fully equipped.

I did not like that the pools closed at 6pm!! That's the warmest part of the day and only the hot tubs stay open until 8pm... And i was disgusted by the extra blankets in the zipper bag for the hideabed...they were stained. They came and changed all the bedding and appologized.

Love this place! Great staycation! The kiddos were bummed that only one slide was open.

We received two buy one get one free drink coupon but we don’t drink alcohol or soda. The bartender said it’s not good for virgin pinacaladas so we were a little bummed. We overheard a couple saying that they don’t drink alcohol either.

I liked that they were very friendly when checking in. The room was very nice even when we weren’t in the newly renovated part! My favorite part would probably be the pool! Was very nice and I liked that you could grill outside as well

We stayed for 3 days and no one came to the room to clean it, not a big deal, we did get more towels when we asked for some

Hotel and grounds are beautiful! Landscaping is maintained neatly. Our room had a spacious balcony facing the pool. Pillows were fluffy. Bathroom was big and towels were soft. Breakfast was good. They had good choices and it was great to eat on patio while looking at the pool.

Sheets were rough and mattress A little hard. There were no curtains, just wooden blinds and shutters. At night, the light from the balcony came into the room and in the morning we were awaken by the sunlight because the blinds did not close properly. Wish there was a sidewalk to walk out to the parking lot from garage because the way it is now is unsafe, guests have to walk on the driveway to get to their cars/room and the wall covers the coming traffic. They only had one washer and one dryer on each floor. Busy all the time.

Pool was large, room was spacious and comfortable. The bar and grill staff was super friendly as well as a few lifeguards. Bar and grill prices were affordable and good. Patios are spacious, so are the room bathrooms.

Very strict on check out time. Security guard goes to each room and phones start ringing in room as soon as 10:45. I’ve never stayed at a hotel/motel/resort that has done that before. It was uncalled for. When we walked into our room cleaning person was still in there. Waited for a few minutes outside in hallway, he left. One bathroom was not cleaned. Pool slides didn’t open till 11:30 am. Pool closes too early for being Vegas, 6 p.m. Unsure if reasons are due to covid but 90% of people were maskless so doesn’t seem like Covid should be the reason of early closure of pool and 11:30 am slides being opened.
