Silverton Casino Lodge - Newly Renovated

The aquarium is amazing; the Bass Pro Shop is like a sportsman's Disneyland. The room was large and nice, staff was excellent.

The King size bed was sunken down.

I love the location of the Silverton. Being able to be in Las Vegas but not deal with the stress of the strip is important to me. We have everything we could possibly need within a mile. The casino and bars are great and there are several places to choose from for meals. Just across the parking lot are shopping and more dining options, it's perfect!

The wall above the shower needed to be cleaned up. It clearly gets avoided. The beds aren't the most comfortable but they're not bad for a few nights. I had booked a room with a single King sized bed and was given a room with double Queens. It wasn't ideal for my anniversary trip but we made do!

We was in a suit And the room was very dusty behind the bed headboard on the selling headboard the Jacuzzi was dirty we had to clean the room or self due to Covid anyway so that wasn’t a problem but it was a lot of dust on that wood behind the headboard where we had to lay our head a lot of dust on the plane and the room was very dusty behind the big headboard on the ceiling headboard the Jacuzzi was dirty we had to clean the room ourselves due to Covid anyway so that wasn’t a problem but it was a Lotta dust on that wood behind the headboard where we had to lay our head a lot of dust on the plants, and I was very uncomfortable sleeping in the bed because of the build up of dust behind the headboard and on the ceiling wood. The housekeeper walked in the wrong at 11 o’clock not one time and Answer while I was in the bed sleeping with no clothes on and she stayed there talking to me asked me was I staying over wow my fiancé was already at the desk paying for another day. It wasn’t even close to 12 it was 1115 when she knocked on my door and I told her that my fiancé was down there paying and no we do not need room service.

From the valet to the check-in lady to the food service man, all were very pleasant. My husband had a sinus surgery earlier in the day, so we were very pleased our room was on the 1st floor and not a long walk from registration. I especially want to recognize the valet for going back to my car to retrieve my reading glasses. I appreciated it so much.

I'm only 5 feet tall and your bed was too high for me to get up onto easily. I literally had to CLIMB into bed! Also, the pillows were so very big and full of stuffing, I couldn't use one comfortably. I was getting a stiff neck, so I finally resorted to putting the pillowcase on a cushion which was considerably flatter and more comfortable. I would like to suggest two comfy chairs so both people in a couple have a place to sit. The chaise was an unexpected plus for my husband to relax on after his surgery. One last thing---I would suggest putting a power strip on the desk/dresser to use for chargers, etc, but mostly for the coffee pot! I either had to put it on the floor or on the counter in the bathroom, due to the super short cord. Overall, our stay was good. Thank you.

sauna and swimming pool, both were great in the am morning. when everyone else was sleeping for my to be alone relax and enjoy my hour.

now much, on the waiter/waitress were slow on service of food. but I know shortage of staff.

We were very pleased with the facilities & amenities at the Silverton - it was a very pleasant stay and more than met our expectations. Fantastic value and very friendly, accommodating staff. I liked how unpretentious it felt compared to the major strip hotel properties. Great restaurants, really clean and quiet rooms. The aquarium & airstream bowling were nice touches! I recommend you book this for the value and rate and you can splurge on Ubering around to where you need to go.

The wifi was constantly going in and out which was the major complaint we had. Also an in room coffee machine and mini fridge would have been great add-one. Other than that, the stay was excellent and we look forward to going back in future.

Nice location off the strip, which meant it was quieter. Easy access from the highway. Tons of things to do without leaving the property. The room was super comfortable and the beds and pillows were awesome! Oscar at the front desk felt bad that we didn’t use the candy (it’s free and we didn’t know) and drug our suitcases from the parking garage through the entire casino to the front desk. He made sure I had a great room. We went to “Mi Casa” for dinner, Mexican food, and it was worth the wait. They do take reservations. Our great experience has me wanting to return. Highly recommended.

Room Size, Proximity to Attractions/Food locations, Mermaid/Aquarium, TV options,

Nobody wants to eat food that smells like cigarette smoke (Yucky)- Food locations need increase smoke filtration systems, a games guide for how to play and the casino games would be great for new comers to the world of gambling- we tried to figure out things, but essentially just ended up pressing buttons and had no clue what we were doing. Shower heads were perfect if you were 4ft tall and shorter- raise them up for us 5'10 folks and taller. No microwave or fridges in rooms. Room service menu provided in the rooms never mentioned if it was an extra charge to use or if it was part of the resort fee.

We only stayed here one night. They allowed up to check in early so we could hangout by the pool. Room was nice and clean. Bathrooms are outdated but still in decent shape. Noise level was quiet in the room. Great place to stay off of the Vegas strip!
