I liked almost everything about the Berkley. Our one bedroom unit was spacious, clean upon arrival and well equipped for our needs. The staff were pleasant. The amenities were good. The location was quiet, safe, and well positioned for our needs.

The price was very expensive compared to other places offering the same amenities with closer proximity to Vegas attractions. Since our stay was for a week, we were offered housekeeping services during the stay. However, the maid did not actually appear to clean our unit. I say this because upon returning, I could see hair on the floor and unclean surfaces. All that appeared to be done was new towels, and a spare roll of toilet paper had been left. I would have appreciated receiving a full cleaning service as I was led to believe we would be receiving.

The two bedroom was perfect for our basketball tournament trip. We stayed on one side while our kids were able to have company on the other side.

Elevators were down to only 2 available so wait times were long and we were on the 12th floor so carrying luggage up was not cool.

This hotel has a really great position without spending huge amounts of money in Las Vegas city centre. If you stay here, you need a car because it would be a long trip to reach the strip on foot. Public transport is present but it is not recommended. The bathroom is really great and huge, it also includes another room next to it. Loved the big windows from the beds, supported by a nice TV. The hotel has a huge parking lot perfect to leave your car. Severely clean and new, giving a complete apartment independent from others, despite it is an hotel.

The staff seems they do not like to work. They have also given false instructions to us (such as 'free' parking lots which were not free at all). For anything else not included you have to pay, pay and again pay. The food service seemed poor. We preferred to go out to have lunch and dinner.

Close to the Silverton Casino where use to stay before renovation of the hotel. So we booked at the Berkley last year on August of 2022. This trip in April 2023 was our 4th time staying at the Berkley and we already have it booked for July 1st for another week and are looking to book again in August 2023 as soon as I see booking available. We love the short walk to the Silverton, love the pool and the king suite and we have even in the studio. They are very nice clean and everyone room has a wonderful view. Love the friendly staff and how friendly they all are. Doing your own laundry for the towels was not any problem and were surprise they provided the laundry detergent.

Really cannot think of anything, everything is just like living at home only in a smaller version.

The atmosphere at the Berkley is fresh and bright. The individual apartments are lovely, and always immaculate. It's near the Silverton, Southpoint, and shopping. Our trip was during the recent heatwave that has afflicted the Southwest. The air conditioning in our studio suite was excellent, and we appreciated the covered parking. Even the studios here have a full-sized refrigerator, and large (and very nice) showers.

The things that I didn't like only apply to the studios. The bed is small, due to the size of the room. I think it was probably a "queen" size. The bathroom was large, but the countertop space was very limited, making it a challenge to get dressed. Storage was limited, because the hotel has so much kitchen equipment, and other "stuff", packed into it. There was no coffee table/ottoman in the living area. We moved a small bench from the sleeping area to help with that.

The convenience of the location. the layout of the room. The quietness of the property

when we went to check out on Saturday April 8th at 4:45 am there was no staff at the front desk. There was a guard who said that he had no clue where the staff was and they don’t get along so they often take off. I drive around the parking lot looking for any one outside. No one!!!!! we had a flight to catch. I asked the guard what were their names, he did not know. we left at 5:10am worried about our check out. I hope this is not an ongoing problem with the morning staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Berkley. The facility was clean and did not smell. I only had two pointers that they can improve on and that is the overnight staff does not stay behind the counter, so you have to wait for them to check you in or to resolve any needs. I had that issue several times. The only other thing is the facility looks so modern on the outside, but the furnishings in the suites are a bit outdated. Do furniture renovations and the place will be perfect. It is a great value for the money as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is so clean and well kept! We felt very comfortable with accommodations, we had the adjoined two rooms for our big group. Both sides had kitchen/bath/living room/dining table and 1 bedroom(with vanity area includes a sink and washer/dryer) with a pull out couch in living room. 2 tvs, only one bathroom per room, but the vanity separate area made it easier for all the women to get ready. Bathroom had separate tub and shower, very nice!!

Would have liked additional coffee for length of stay, which all we had to do is ask at front desk. And we did not want housekeeping for the week, but daily we had to let front desk know until about day 5 when the associate put it in our file. Would have liked to just told them once.

I booked the 2 bedroom suite and I was pleasantly surprised that we had 2 separate spaces but connected by a single entrance door to the suite. My adult daughters had their own space, including bathroom, kitchen, and living room and my husband and I had ours. The kitchen had just about everything a family would need away from home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was easy and a casino was right behind us, which gave us access to many restaurants and gambling. The beds were really comfortable and I loved the king size. It really was a pleasant experience and we would stay here again.

The furniture was a little old and we didn’t have enough paper towels to last the 2 days we were there. I wasn’t sure if that was something I could call housekeeping for so we just borrowed from the other room.

It was very clean and comfortable. The room looked recently renovated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There were spare towels and pillows which are always welcome. All staff were really friendly. Parking was convenient and there was plenty of space. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We would have preferred an electric kettle rather than one on the hob that took ages to boil - but that’s just our personal preference. The outdoor pool area was small and able to be viewed from the carpark. This was not an issue as it was too cold to use, but could have been better designed.
