Best Western Plymouth Inn-White Mountains

Excellent size king suite for 2 adults & 2 kids! Having a room set up with the bed separated from the living area was so nice and having the extra sink and counter was a huge help. The pool was so fun and my kids went crazy for the game room! The breakfast was delicious every morning and the gentleman was so kind making sure everyone was happy with their meal.

Older property that has been nicely renovated and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you'd expect from a nice mid-range motel/hotel, including good/free Internet, a big indoor pool, and a great breakfast buffet. Location is ideal for access to the White Mountains (and the northern Lakes Region, as well).

Beds in our (2-queen) room were softer than most - tough if you have any back issues. Also, there's no elevator, so if you can't climb stairs easily be sure to ask for a first floor room.

I spent an incredible moment at this hotel with my spouse and my two children. We arrived Thanksgiving Day and all restaurants were closed around. Tara (the receptionist) and Gaio (the cook) offered us the Thanksgiving meal. During the evening, our daughter had an accident in the swimmingpool and felt dizzy due to ear drum. Tara, Abdul and Gaio were incredibly helpful, kind and attentive. Thanks to this great team!

Breakfast was ok the morning we got it. Might suggest another meat besides bacon or sausage. I can't eat bacon for health reasons and the sausage gave me wicked heartburn.

The plug in the tub was down. When I took a shower the tub filled up with water and I almost fell down and out of the tub. Finally realized that the plug might be down and that was why.

An excellent job of renovating an older hotel…modern, clean, & very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with “real” scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, crispy bacon & sausage. Our breakfast “chef” did a great job & was very friendly/helpful.

The “only” negative would be there is no elevator which could be a problem for someone who has difficulty with stairs.

Our air bnb was unavailable at the last minute. BW had availability for our 2 week stay. This hotel has had many incarnations so we weren't sure how it would be. We really lucked out. Breakfast was great, room was super clean and not shabby at all.

The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff who worked at the front desk and ran breakfast service were friendly and approachable.

The hallway was dirty and there was an odd smell. We understand that it is an older building/hotel and it appeared that way. The lobby and breakfast area looks like they were recently updated.

The staff was so friendly! Especially Yao, who greeted us both mornings when we went down for breakfast asked how we were, and chatted with us a bit!

The only thing I didn't love was the mattress. It was a bit hard for me but I also prefer a softer mattress. We could also have used a footstool or something in the couch area.

It’s was in a great location, the bed was so comfy, the shower was hot and there was a fridge and microwave included in the room, and we didn’t even have to ask for it.

The warm breakfast was a great addition to our stay but they couldn’t keep up with refilling everything. In the half hour that we were eating, they ran out of coffee, pancakes, eggs, hash browns, cream cheese, forks. It’s was kind of a struggle to eat but if that’s my only complaint, that’s not so bad.

Staff was excellent Room very comfortable

I would think that a room with 2 queen beds would have 2 comfortable chairs to sit in. We had an office type swivel chair and a very uncomfortable lounge type chair. Had to watch TV from bed.
